Hello, I’m Cyd Roller and this is my story… I have always been drawn to health care.  From my very first instincts, I knew I wanted to be in medicine. I began my career in healthcare as a nurse’s aide here in Roswell while still in high school.  After graduation, I moved to Denver, Colorado. That is where I met my husband Mark, our son Christopher was born.

It is also where I discovered my passion for orthopedics while working at a Level One Trauma Center. I became a Certified Orthopedic Technologist and worked in the Emergency Room and also for a group of five Orthopedic Surgeons.  The blend of ER and orthopedics was ideal.

Unfortunately, my father became ill and we came back to Roswell and decided to once again call Roswell home.

Over the years, I  worked at the old St. Mary’s Hospital as the coordinator of the orthopedic clinic and then ventured into an entrepreneurial adventure and was co-owner of an Occupational Medicine Clinic/ drug screening facility.  It was during this time that I earned my  R.N. Degree and then once I obtained that it only seemed logical to pursue my Master’s Degree in Nursing which I completed through Graceland University in Missouri. I have been certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners since 2003. Through the years since then, I have practiced in the  Emergency Department,  Private Physician Offices, and Urgent Care Facilities and now I’m settling back to my first love of Orthopedics.  I know many people in Roswell through my time growing up, through treating them at different facilities I have been associated with, and now I’ll get to welcome them to my newest adventure with Spine and Orthopedic Center of New Mexico P.C. since 2013, seeing general orthopedic patients and also providing care for acute problems through our Roswell Urgent Orthocare. I share Dr. Osmani‘s commitment of making our patients our top priority.

I have worked as a nurse practitioner in the Emergency Department since 2016, and was an ER and ICU nurse for 8 years before that. I love to help patients feel their best both physically and mentally, from acute to chronic conditions.

Nooria Cozzetti, PA-C,   Nooria Cozzetti, PA-C, is a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona in 2014 before going on to complete her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University in Glendale, graduating in 2020.   Following her graduate training, Nooria joined Dr. Frank Comstock at Lifestyle Spectrum in 2020, where she has since been an integral part of the team. She is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness through personalized care, education, and a collaborative approach to treatment. 

Dr. Ashraf Salem (Ash) is the Founder, President and Chief Medical Officer of BKUC. At BKUC, Ash overseas our clinical processes and continuous improvement required to deliver the highest quality of care to our patients. He spends his time with patients, mentoring and developing our clinical staff and developing the most effective patient experience support by in-house proprietary technology enablers.

Dr. Salem graduated, Summa Cum Laude, from Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education at CCNY and attended medical school at Mount Sinai. After graduating he went on to complete his residency in Emergency Medicine at Brooklyn Hospital Center and was Board Certified in 2004. He continued to practice emergency medicine and became an Assistant Professor at Kings County/SUNY Downstate from 2003-2009. Dr. Salem founded Brooklyn Urgent Care in 2006.

Jonathan Koerten, MD, is a preventive care physician seeing patients at Watershed Medical Group in Knoxville, Tennessee. Dr. Koerten spent his career in emergency medicine treating the downstream consequences of problems that, in many cases, should have been prevented years earlier.

Night after night, he witnessed the same patterns – metabolic disease, cardiovascular events, preventable complications – showing up earlier, progressing faster, and requiring more intervention than ever before. The system is highly effective at responding to crises, but it rarely intervenes early enough to change the trajectory. 

That realization fundamentally changed how Dr. Koerten thought about healthcare.
