Janne Huynh Dewing, MD, is a board-certified physician with over 20 years of experience providing high quality, personalized patient care. Specializing in internal medicine at her Laguna Beach, California, private practice, Dr. Janne has experience preventing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. She helps patients address their medical risks and concerns, and take steps towards improving their overall health. 

Dr. Janne completed her undergraduate studies at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. She then went on to the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Medicine, earning her Doctor of Medicine. After completing her education, Dr. Janne began her medical training at New York-Presbyterian Hospital in New York, where she completed both her internship and residency. 

Dr. Janne has held positions in both patient care and education. After her residency, she held the position of assistant professor of clinical medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York, where she was responsible for teaching evidence-based medicine to more than 70 medical students, interns, and physicians. She also served as an attending physician at Jack D. Weiler Hospital, also in the Bronx.

I like to think of myself as a clinician and patient advocate, striving for quality patient care in a manner that will maintain the wellbeing of patients in the short as well as long term. Dr. Albaree is board-certified in Internal Medicine and has completed her training at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, California. She comes to us from Kaiser Permanente with experience and knowledge in conducting telehealth assessments and treatments and will be a great asset to the MIMPC community.

Dr. Albaree will be available to see patients by TELEHEALTH CONFERENCE ONLY beginning September 9/6 and will be able to assist with both chronic and urgent care matters by phone or video.

Dr. Amelia Armenta is the medical director of Health Advantage Physical Medicine. She brings a wealth of experience as an Internal Medicine doctor dealing with a myriad of problems and has always wanted to bring a holistic approach to health care.

She has brought new ideas and areas of focus to the practice to meet the needs of the community. This includes bio-identical hormone treatment and weight loss. Erica Chen, MD, is a board-certified allergy and immunology specialist practicing at the Allergy and Asthma Specialist Doctors, Inc. location in West Covina, California. Her practice is centered around the treatment of allergic diseases, including nasal allergies and asthma.

Dr. Chen earned her medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California.
