She was extremely patient and informative - we had lots of questions regarding immunotherapy shots for our son, and she kindly, thoroughly answered all of our questions. Dr. Chen and her entire staff are top notch. Truly a breath of fresh, compassionate air in the healthcare system. We have committed to a year of shots for our son. I'm grateful to have found Dr. Chen and hopeful that my son will get relief through this therapy.
