Vinod Kumar, MD, FACC, is a board-certified cardiologist and the Medical Director of Heart Vascular and Leg Center in Bakersfield, California. He has a reputation for being an excellent provider who is passionate about his work. Dr. Kumar decided to become a cardiovascular specialist because he has a passion for protecting and saving people from heart disease and amputations.
Dr. Kumar earned his Doctor of Medicine at Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences in Rohtak, India. He then perfected his skills by completing a subsequent residency in internal medicine at the Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. Soon after, he completed a fellowship in cardiology at the Baylor College of Medicine and another in interventional cardiology at the UCLA School of Medicine.

He earned his bachelor's degree from Boston University and subsequently attended medical school at Ross University. After completing his fellowship, Dr. Vaghasia and his wife moved to Bakersfield to start their family.

Dr. Sandhu is a highly skilled sleep medicine physician with a wealth of experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of sleep disorders. She is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Sleep Medicine, and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Sandhu completed her Bachelor of Sciences in Biological Sciences at the University of California Irvine in 2009, and went on to earn her medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in 2016. She graduated with honors and was part of the Alpha Omega Phi Honor and Service Society.
Following medical school, Dr. Sandhu completed her Internal Medicine Residency at UCLA-Kern Medical from 2016-2019, where she served as Chief Resident in Internal Medicine from 2018-2019. During her residency, she received the Robert S. Mosser Award for Excellence in Internal Medicine in 2019.
Dr. Sandhu then pursued a fellowship in Sleep Medicine at Cleveland Clinic from 2019-2020, where she served as Chief Sleep Medicine Fellow. During her fellowship, she received comprehensive training in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders, including sleep apnea, insomnia, narcolepsy, and restless leg syndrome.

Radhey Bansal, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician who has been supporting the community of Delano, California, for nearly four decades. He loves leading his practice, Comprehensive Medical Group of Kern Inc, to help patients address their health concerns and maintain their health. Dr. Bansal was born in India, and after finishing medical school there, he arrived in New York in 1975. He completed his training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine — affiliated with Lincoln Hospital. Soon after, Dr. Bansal was certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and certification remains current.
Dr. Bansal was elected and served as Chief of Staff at Delano Regional Medical Center four times. He also served as Chief of the Medicine department several times. Additionally, Dr. Bansal was selected as a board member of the hospital. Separately, he also has been the Medical Director of Delano District Skilled Nursing Facility for several years. After 15 years of solo practice, Dr. Bansal has been steadily growing the Comprehensive Medical Group of Kern Inc to support the community in Delano and its surrounding areas. Dr. Bansal also constructed a new, state of the art office with all the facilities under one roof for his patients' convenience.
Dr. Bansal's hobbies include playing tennis, reading books, and watching Bollywood shows/movies. He is married to Manju Bansal, who serves as the manager of the group. Dr. Bansal has three daughters: Payal, Ruchi, and Priya, all of whom are in the field of medicine as physicians as well.
Dr. Alnahhal graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) where he also had some surgical training and received the Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (MRCSI). He then finished his Internal Medicine residency training at Kern Medical Center-UCLA. During his last year of residency, he was prestigiously chosen as the resident of the year. Dr Alnahhal has been board-certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) since 2011.
With his continued hard work and perseverance, he was also awarded the Physician Excellence Award from Delano Regional Medical Center in 2012. Dr Alnahhal also obtained the Specialty Certificate degree in Endocrinology and Diabetes from the Royal College of Physicians in the United Kingdom and recently completed a Master of Business Administration degree from Quantic school of business and technology. Dr Alnahhal was born in Egypt and grew up in Palestine. He loves reading books, watching movies and spending time with his family. He is married and has three children, a boy and two girls.
Dr Anuj Bansal graduated medical school in India. He moved to U.S. in 2003 to Pursue further studies. He finished residency in Internal Medicine In Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and certified by American Board of Internal Medicine in 2006. Dr Bansal wanted to Pursue carrier in education and moved to Rochester, New York to join Faculty in University of Rochester Medical school where he taught student doctors. Dr Bansal was born and grew up in very small town in India and always wanted to practice medicine in a small town which prompted him to move to Delano and Join Comprehensive Medical group in 2018.
He is Married and has 2 children. In his free time, he loves reading, traveling and spending time with his Family.
