Edward Neff, MD, FACC, is the senior physician at Coral Gables Cardiology Associates, P.A., in Coral Gables, Florida, where he has extensive experience providing concierge internal medicine and cardiology care to his patients. He holds dual board certifications in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease. He is widely considered one of the top cardiologists in the area and has a special ability to inspire confidence in his care.

He went on to complete a fellowship in cardiology at Miami Veterans Administration Hospital.

Dr. Neff held positions as a Voluntary Associate Professor of Medicine and Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Miami School of Medicine, and as the chairman of the Heart Failure Committee at South Miami Hospital.

He maintains active membership in several professional organizations, including the American College of Cardiology, the American College of Physicians, Florida Medical Association, and the Dade County Medical Association.

After serving as a hospitalist physician with the Baptist Health System from 2021 to 2026, Dr. Cudmore transitioned to a traditional family medicine practice focused on long-term health management and personalized care. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Cook County Health System in Chicago, where he cared for diverse patient populations and gained extensive experience managing both acute and chronic medical conditions. Jacqueline Bradley, MD, FACC, has almost a decade of experience providing concierge internal medicine and cardiology care to patients at Coral Gables Cardiology Associates, P.A. in Coral Gables, Florida. She holds board certifications in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and adult echocardiography.

Dr. Bradley has a wellness-centric approach to patient care and is known for her attentive, mindful, and caring manner. She has exceptional diagnostic and coordination abilities and is often entrusted to guide patients through complex and sometimes daunting treatments. She attends nearly every Miami Heat home game as a physician and a fan. 

Dr. Bradley began her education at Concordia University in Irvine, California, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in biology and psychology. She received her medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in California and then completed her residency training in internal medicine at Huntington Hospital, an affiliate of Keck School of Medicine, University of Southern California, in Pasadena, California.

After finishing her residency, Dr. Bradley completed her fellowship in cardiology at Danbury Hospital, affiliated with the Yale School of Medicine, in Connecticut. Throughout her years of residency and fellowship training, Dr. Bradley participated in cardiology research with numerous experts in the field. She has also published scientific research in peer-reviewed journals.

Omar Issa, DO, FACC, practices concierge internal medicine and cardiology at Coral Gables Cardiology Associates, P.A. in Coral Gables, Florida. Dr. Issa’s practice centers on evidence-based medicine, and he has particular expertise in preventive care as well as cardiovascular evaluation and treatment. He provides an integrated approach to medical care, emphasizing collaboration with all members of a patient’s health care team to ensure coordination, and optimize outcomes.

Dr. Issa has a special interest in the cardiovascular care of athletes. He completed an advanced cardiovascular fellowship in sports cardiology/cardiac performance with Harvard Medical School at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. During his training, Dr. Issa provided care to hundreds of amateur, elite level, and professional athletes, including those from the New England Patriots, Boston Bruins, and Boston Red Sox.

He is utilizing this experience in his current work with the Miami Heat, NBA G League, Inter Miami CF, and Florida International University athletic teams. His vision is to bring these techniques of performance optimization to amateur and recreational athletes in the Miami area. 

Dr. Issa graduated with a Bachelor of Science in microbiology from the University of Florida and then received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in California. After returning to Florida, Dr. Issa did his internship and residency in internal medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach. He also completed a fellowship in cardiovascular disease with the Columbia University Division of Cardiology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach.

Dr. Issa holds board certification in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, adult comprehensive echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and vascular interpretation. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and presented research to professional organizations such as the American College of Cardiology.
