What really stood out to me was the Dr expertise with the pyriform area. It’s such a delicate and often overlooked area, but they handled it with incredible skill. The results were subtle yet transformative, giving a more balanced and refreshed appearance. The doctor is professional, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to understand your goals. I fucking LOVE this doctor! And he has an amazing staff! All of them!

Dr. Castellanos and his team provide an exceptional level of care. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, attentive, and highly professional. I had a stem cell procedure on my back with Dr. Castellanos and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The sedation was excellent, and I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Castellanos and the entire staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely kind, making sure I was at ease at all times. I truly felt I was in very good hands. Highly recommend.
