Getting there earlier not knowing if I should see him or a neurosurgeon also recommended by a colleague and Dr castellanos appointment was so thorough and timely for the painShow more I had that I even cancelled the other one. He even arranged me the MRI to be done in the same day as I just did . I have no words to express my gratitud and fulfillment with this first visit . He also treat other conditions other than pain. I highly recommend him.

Excellent experience with Dr Castellanos and staff! was easy to communicate and get an appointment, wait time was less than 5 minutes, Dr Castellanos was extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained options and alternatives regarding my ailments and opportunities to address them, set me up for an MRI that I went to directly from his office. Truly a great experience, highly recommend this practice!
I have had much success with stem cell from Dr. Castellanos in the past for my right knee, however for my middle finger on my left hand there was only partial success. After a conference call regarding this situation, the doctor recommended a repeat of the procedure. Being that it was not 100% regeneration of the cartilage, I thought the cost of a second treatment would have been more affordable than the original cost.
EVERYONE IS FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION WAS TOP TIER AND CHRISTOPHER WAS ATTENTIVE.

I tell everyone I meet that complains of back or any type of joint pain to see Dr Castellanos at Stemcell USA. The staff is amazing and they make it affordable for the average person to reap the huge benefits of stem cell therapy, while other clinics are only catering to the rich by charging 5-10 times the price for maximum profits.

I love my new lips so much, I’m a nervous person but Melissa calmed me down and numbed me and assured me that the beginning is just swelling and an hour later my lips look amazing. Thank you and definitely recommend!
