Samuel I. Fink, MD, FACP, is an internal medicine and primary care specialist in private practice in Tarzana, California. After graduating with honors in biochemistry, he attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston. Dr. Fink completed his residency in internal medicine at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena and then entered private practice in Tarzana. He’s on the medical staff at Providence Tarzana Medical Center, where he’s the Chair of the Institutional Review Board. Dr. Fink has been a member of the Los Angeles County Medical Association (LACMA) for nearly 30 years, where he served as the 141st President. He has also served as the President of the San Fernando Valley/Santa Clarita Medical Society, as well as the Chair of the LACMA delegation to the California Medical Association (CMA). With a dedication to advocating for physicians and patients, Dr. Fink has chaired the Public Health Reference Committee at the CMA House of Delegates and has served as a past member of the Council on Legislation as well as the Chairman of the President’s Forum. Dr. Fink teaches medical students at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, where he proudly serves as an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine. When he’s not in the office, Dr. Fink spends his time with his family. He enjoys spinning, skiing, and playing basketball and actively follows the Lakers, Dodgers, Rams, and Kings.

Dr. De Silva is board certified in Internal Medicine and Bariatric Medicine and extensively trained and certified in Aesthetic Medicine and Federal Aviation Medicine. She attended Colombo Medical School in Sri Lanka, her country of origin, earning a degree in Medicine and Surgery with Honors. She did her residency training in both Internal Medicine and General Surgery at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City. Following her residency, she worked in the Emergency Department at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, New Jersey. In 1995, Dr. De Silva established De Silva Medical Inc., her current private practice for Internal Medicine in the Antelope Valley. She has professional training in the various fields of Aesthetic Medicine taught personally and certified by Dr. Zein Obagi, including The Concepts of Skin Health Care, Arque Derma, and The Artistic Restoration Lift. Rahul Gaglani, MD, is a board-certified interventional and general cardiologist serving patients at Core Cardiology in Murrieta and Temecula, California. He specializes in percutaneous interventions of the coronary arteries (radial approach) and structural heart disease intervention (atrial septal defects, patent foramen ovale, aortic stenosis, and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy). 

Dr. Gaglani graduated from the Rutgers School of Environmental and Biological Sciences in New Brunswick, New Jersey, with a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry with a concentration in economics. He then earned his Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine. Upon graduating, he completed his internal medicine residency at Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Center and his fellowships in general and interventional cardiology at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, both in New York City. Prior to establishing his private practice, he worked at various medical centers in New York and California. 

He established his private practice in 2017, where he provides a wide range of treatments for cardiovascular disease, arrhythmias, heart failure, peripheral artery disease, and venous disease. He also offers coronary artery intervention and structural heart intervention, as well as heart disease prevention services.

Dr. Gaglani is board certified in interventional/general cardiology, echocardiography, cardiac nuclear medicine, and vascular imaging. His expertise in vascular disease also allows him to treat peripheral arterial/venous disease, including non-healing ulcers and wounds of the lower extremities, as well as stenosis of the carotid vessels, radial approach angiography, structural heart disease, high-risk PCI, and vein ablations.

He graduated from the University of California, Riverside School of Medicine, and completed his training at Riverside University Health System, where he honed his clinical expertise and passion for improving community health. Dr. Ghasb brings a holistic approach to medicine, emphasizing healthy habits, active listening, and personalized treatment plans. His care philosophy centers around treating each patient as a whole person, not just addressing symptoms. Dr. Ghasb's research contributions, volunteer work at free clinics, and mentorship of medical students underscore his dedication to advancing healthcare and fostering trust with his patients. As a physician deeply rooted in the community, he is committed to building lasting relationships with his patients and their families.

Erica Chen, MD, is a board-certified allergy and immunology specialist practicing at the Allergy and Asthma Specialist Doctors, Inc. location in West Covina, California. Her practice is centered around the treatment of allergic diseases, including nasal allergies and asthma.

Dr. Chen earned her medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California. Subsequently, she completed her combined internal medicine pediatric residency and allergy and immunology fellowship training at the Los Angeles County Hospital at the University of Southern California.

Dr. Chen is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. She has contributed to multiple peer-reviewed scientific presentations and publications. I like to think of myself as a clinician and patient advocate, striving for quality patient care in a manner that will maintain the wellbeing of patients in the short as well as long term. In an ever-so-busy and changing medical field, I find the most important part of being a physician is being able to listen to the patient in order to address his/her needs. Whether it is acute or chronic medical concerns, being able to simply listen to the patient will allow for correct diagnosis and medical management. I pride myself in doing just that. Aside from being a physician, I am a family oriented individual and enjoy spending time with my lovely fiancé and big family.

Dr. Albaree is board-certified in Internal Medicine and has completed her training at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, California. She comes to us from Kaiser Permanente with experience and knowledge in conducting telehealth assessments and treatments and will be a great asset to the MIMPC community.

Dr. Albaree will be available to see patients by TELEHEALTH CONFERENCE ONLY beginning September 9/6 and will be able to assist with both chronic and urgent care matters by phone or video.
