Ndubuisi Okafor, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over 20 years of experience. Melissa Grosvenor, PhD, M.S. CCC-SLP, I/ECMH-C, BCS-CL, is a board-certified child language specialist, credentialed infant mental health specialist, and owner of Express Yourself Pediatric Therapy, with locations in Palatine, Illinois, Bucktown, Chicago and Kensington, Maryland. She is highly qualified and a leader in her field.
Dr. Grosvenor completed her master’s degree in speech-language pathology at Rush University in Chicago, Illinois, and her doctorate in infant and early childhood development at Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, California.
Dr. Grosvenor is also a credentialed DIRFloortime® provider. She has more than 10 years of experience teaching courses through the International Council on Development and Learning (ICDL), Profectum, and the Erikson Institute.

Nkiruka Arene, MD, is the medical director at Wellspring Clinic in Bel Air, Maryland. She is also the chief physician, board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Dr. Arene is also trained in the latest pain management and recovery therapies.
After seven years as a physician and academic at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, Dr. Arene decided to take her knowledge and experience in treating pain and disability into the community. Dr. Seema Chaudhary is a preventive medicine expert and obesity physician at Nova Physician Wellness Center. As a health advocate for the people of Fairfax, Sterling, Woodbridge and Ashburn, Virginia, she has been in clinical practice for about 15 years.
She finished her residency from the University of Florida, Gainesville, and she joined Community Health Center Clearwater so that she could help the poor and underserved population. She moved from Florida to Northern Virginia and worked with Kaiser Permanente for about seven years.
During her tenure at Kaiser, she became more passionate about preventive medicine, especially treating obesity, which is the root cause of most chronic medical illnesses, like diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, sleep apnea, heartburn, and arthritis.
Seeing the growing need for weight management expertise, she switched her area of specialty to bariatric medicine. She is now a board-certified obesity medicine specialist and helps patients achieve their healthiest weight, wellness, and a reversal of cardiovascular risk factors.
As a primary care physician, Dr. Chaudhary understands the complexity of chronic medical illness associated with abnormal weight gain. She is comfortable and confident with the treatment of obesity, while also monitoring all associated diseases.

William Condrell, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician at Condrell Primary Care in Washington, DC, and Bethesda, Maryland. He enjoys being a physician and genuinely looks forward to seeing his patients every day.
Dr. Condrell earned his Bachelor of Arts in biology from Pomona College in Claremont, California. He then graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, with a Master of Science before earning his Doctor of Medicine from Georgetown University School of Medicine. After graduating, he completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Georgetown University Medical Center.
He opened Condrell Primary Care in 1999. Dr. Condrell specializes in acute and urgent care, adolescent medicine, annual physicals, cardiac evaluations, preventative health, sports injuries, and vaccinations.
Dr. Condrell believes it is most important to get to know his patients and encourages them to ask questions, so he fully understands their needs. He creates a relationship with patients that allows their participation in determining treatment options.
