In addition, Dr. LaRosa was a National Research Service Award Postdoctoral Fellow and performed research focused on cellular immunology and inflammation. Prior to private practice, Dr. LaRosa was on Faculty at the University of Pennsylvia, Perelman School of Medicine. He is Board Certified in Allergy and Immunology. Anneta Golubchik MD is a Board Certified Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine physician.
She brings years of experience in performing in–hospital consultations and assessment of patients in outpatient settings related to conditions secondary to multi–drug resistant organisms, hospital–aquired infections, device–related infections, post operative infections, infections in patients with immunodeficiencies. Dr. Golubchik has treated patients with acute and chronic wounds secondary to burns, diabetes, vascular insufficiencies as well as a diverse population of indigent patients in urgent, scheduled primary care settings and TB clinic.
Dr. Golubchik has been honored with Intern of the Year Peers Award, Excellence in–training Award, and Maxwell Finland Award for Excellence in Research. She has several publications to her name.

Kathryn Kirpan, MD, is an internal medicine physician at Richmond Primary Care Specialists, providing high-quality primary care to adults in the Prince’s Bay neighborhood of Staten Island, New York City.
Dr. Kirpan brings more than 40 years of experience in preventive and primary care to the practice. She studied at Akademia Medyczna W Wrocławiu in Warsaw, Poland, earning her medical degree.

Miguel Tirado is a Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine with over 20 years of experience as a physician. Dr. Tirado attended medical school at SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn College of Medicine and did his Internal Medicine Residency at Staten Island University Hospital. During his time at Staten Island University Hospital, Dr. Tirado served as Chief Medical Hospitalist, Attending Physician in the Emergency Department and Medical Director of Chemical Dependency Services. He currently retains privileges at SIUH as well as RUMC.

As a junior and senior, she helped devise a system to diagnose illnesses using the human breath utilizing a spectrophotometer. She then went on to graduate medical school from the University of Pennsylvania in 1987. Following medical school, she completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the Presbyterian University Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, graduating in 1990. She is a highly skilled physician with a focus on the recognition and treatment of acute and chronic disabling conditions, supplementing her training with rheumatology. She has a strong personal interest in stem cell functions and capability, having training and practice experience in providing treatments to patients using platelet rich plasma (PRP).
