Dr. Myriam Sterlin is a double-board-certified internal medicine and infectious disease physician at The Heart Center of the Oranges, PA, who sees patients at the West Orange, Maplewood, and South Orange offices.  

Dr. Sterlin studied at Université d'État d'Haïti, Faculté de Médecine et de Pharmacie in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, earning her medical degree. After graduation, she completed two internal medicine residencies: the first at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and the second at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), both in Newark, New Jersey. Dr. Sterlin also completed an infectious disease fellowship at UMDNJ.  

Dr. Sterlin diagnoses and treats acute and chronic health problems, but she has a special interest in allied illnesses and infectious diseases. Dr. Sterlin is especially knowledgeable in the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). 

Dr. Sterlin is board-certified in internal medicine and infectious diseases by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She’s also a member of the American Academy of HIV Medicine (AAHIVM) and the Association of Haitian Physicians Abroad.

Maitri Patel, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine and aesthetics physician at PrudentMD in Iselin, New Jersey. Dr. Patal received her medical training at the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in Vadodara, India, at the Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center in Plainfield, and the Robertwood Johnson Medical Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Morris Papernik, MD, FACP, is an experienced physician serving patients at Internal Medicine of Greater New Haven in the West Haven and Stratford, Connecticut, office.

A native New Yorker, Dr. Papernik graduated from Rush Medical College in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Rush and is a fellow of the American College of Physicians.

Margaret I. Chustecki, MD, MBA, is a skilled internist at Internal Medicine of Greater New Haven in Hamden, West Haven, and Milford, Connecticut. She is also an assistant clinical professor at Yale School of Medicine. 

Born in Warsaw, Poland, and educated at Warsaw Medical School, Dr. Chustecki completed her internship and residency at Newton Wellesley Hospital and New England Medical Center in Massachusetts. Before joining Yale University as a clinical instructor, Dr. Chustecki started Internal Medicine of Greater New Haven in 2003.
