Ali El-Halwagi, MD, MPH, is double board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. He is dedicated to delivering compassionate, personalized care to every patient he serves. Dr. John earned her medical degree from Windsor University School of Medicine in 2005 and completed her residency at Rutgers NJ Medical School in Newark, where she was honored with the Most Humanistic Award in 2009. Andrew Martin, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at Southern Secrets Med Spa and Clinic in Conroe, Texas. He takes a integrative approach to healing that avoids overreliance on pharmaceuticals.

Andrew earned an associate’s degree at the Lower Columbia College, College of Nursing in Longview, Washington, before completing his Bachelor of Science in nursing with honors at the University of Texas College of Nursing in Arlington. He fulfilled a master’s degree and post-graduate program at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston to earn the family nurse practitioner credentials and certification in emergency and trauma. 

Before joining Southern Secrets Med Spa and Clinic, Andrew worked as an emergency center staff nurse in the busiest Level III trauma center in Texas and as a charge nurse in a chemical detox unit. He is a member of the American Academy of Emergency Nurse Practitioners, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the Sigma Theta Tau.

When he’s not at work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He likes being outdoors, hiking, hunting, fishing, and hopes to obtain his pilot’s license someday.

Jeremy McWilliams, DO, is a board-certified family medicine specialist at Stone Creek Family Medicine in Montgomery, Texas. 

A graduate of Baylor University in Waco, Texas, Dr. McWilliams moved to Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine to complete his doctorate. He studied under the prestigious Conroe Family Medicine Residency Program for his residency.

Before coming to Stone Creek Family Medicine, Dr. McWilliams practiced as a family medicine and urgent care physician in the Woodlands and Huntsville. He provides preventive, chronic, and acute care to patients of all ages.

In addition to his experience, Dr. McWilliams is a National Health Service Corp Scholar, a Texas State licensee, and board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Previously, he was a medical director at both Hermann Memorial Hospital Medical Clinic in Huntsville, Texas, and The Oaks Medical Center, in Spring, Texas.
