Anjum Ismail, MD, MBA, FACC, is a board-certified cardiologist at Advanced Heart Care Associates, serving at their Henderson, Nevada location. After moving to the Bronx in New York City, Dr. Ismail completed his internal medicine residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in 1995, where he became chief resident. Four years later, he relocated to Orange, California, and completed a cardiology fellowship at the University of California Irvine.

Today, Dr. Ismail holds board certifications in internal medicine, cardiology, interventional cardiology, nuclear cardiology, and echocardiography, and he is on the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE). He also has a master’s in business administration (MBA) from Marylhurst University in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

Dr. Ismail provides complete care for cardiology conditions ranging from arrhythmia and chest pain to congestive heart failure and palpitations. He stays abreast of the latest treatments in cardiology, including the newest pacemaker technology, stents, and peripheral intervention.
