I travel 2,000 miles to be able to continue to see Dr. Willoughby. Is a very no nonesense kinda doctor. Incredibly strong back office staff. He will continue to be the only Pulmonologist I'll see. Definitely the only one I'd recomShow moremend to my friends.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiology from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan, Dr. Willoughby obtained his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit. From there he received his medical training in Ann Arbor, Michigan, first finishing his internal medicine internship and residency at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, then completing his pulmonary medicine fellowship at University Hospital, University of Michigan.

The office front desk personnel is great your are greeted with a big hello and smile sometimes it's nice to see a happy person when you are nothing feels so well and my took less time than I expected.
Being 80+, I have a lot of experience with doctors and their staff. The staff at Dr. Willoughby's office is, to a person, the most congenial and pleasant group of people I have ever experienced. That also speaks for him. My whole experience there each time is a visit I actually look forward to.

My experience with Dr. Willoughby has been nothing but the best! I came to him because I had been diagnosed with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis prior to moving to Las Vegas and I needed a Pulmonologist. Dr. Willoughby was the right choice. Not only is he very knowledgeable, he is very thorough and willing to discuss treatment options in great detail. His office is able to perform many of the basic tests needed to tract the status of my lungs and the progression of the disease. Another great aspect of Dr. Willoughby's care is his willingness to refer me to outside care when conditions warrant it. I always feel well cared for and trust Dr. Willoughby to provide comprehensive care to treat my condition to the best extent possible. I'm very happy that I found such a caring doctor!

I've been going to Dr. Willoughby for MANY years. He's very personable and always answers all of my questions thoroughly. i never feel rushed and he will spend as much time as is needed to discuss any and all concerns, both his and mine.
