I used the entire Bregna dispenser and that stopped the coughing. I delayer the other prescription as Walgreens did not have it in stock and not clear instruction for usage plus I thought it not good to load my body with drugs My lungs seem clear but I am encounting periods of when I have periods, maybe twice or three time a gay of gasping for air. No pain in chest just reaping. I assume I should use the other $148 prescriptions to clear the chest. Otherwise I am fine but am concerned with rasping.

With board certification in pulmonary medicine, sleep medicine, and internal medicine, Walter J. Willoughby, Jr., MD, is uniquely qualified to provide comprehensive care to women and men living in the Las Vegas area. Patients always feel welcome at his practice, where the staff members know each patient by name and take the time to listen to their concerns.

Dr. Willoughby provides personalized and patient-centered care, with a focus on keeping his patients healthy and out of the hospital. Patients can count on receiving the full range of services, including getting their lung function testing done in the office, which is fully equipped with advanced pulmonary testing technology.

In addition to treating patients with common lung diseases such as asthma, COPD, bronchitis, and pneumonia, Dr. Willoughby also provides expert medical care for complex conditions like pulmonary fibrosis and lung cancer.

If you struggle with tiredness and difficulty concentrating because you can’t get a good night’s sleep, you can count on getting the help you need. Dr. Willoughby received his board certification in sleep medicine in 2005 and has extensive experience treating sleep-related problems such as sleep apnea, insomnia, restless legs syndrome, and narcolepsy.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiology from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan, Dr. Willoughby obtained his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit. From there he received his medical training in Ann Arbor, Michigan, first finishing his internal medicine internship and residency at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, then completing his pulmonary medicine fellowship at University Hospital, University of Michigan.
