Michelle W. Ma, MD, FAAD is a Board Certified Dermatologist who completed her residency through the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in June 2017. We're very excited to have her as a full-time provider at MDCS Dermatology: Medical Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery, located in Plainview, Commack, Manhattan, Upper East Side and Hampton Bays, New York. In her professional and educational work, Dr. Ma has:

• Completed multiple postdoctoral programs
• Published articles in a variety of professional journals
• Participated in presentations across the nation

Dr. Ma graduated from Cornell University with a degree in biological sciences. She then:

• Pursed her Doctor of Medicine at the New York University School of Medicine
• Served as an intern at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts
• Began and continues her dermatology residency at MDCS

She has completed two postdoctoral fellowships. Dr. Ma was a Dermatopharmacology Fellow at the Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine, in Bronx, New York. She was also a Melanoma Translational Research Fellow at the Department of Dermatology at New York University.

Dr. Ma has also been the recipient of numerous awards. These include:

• The Maurice Husik Prize for the best paper written by a dermatology resident/fellow
• The Todd Nagel Research Grant Award from The Skin Cancer Foundation
• The Medicine Clerkship Award for outstanding essay in medical science
• Merrill Presidential Scholar

Ari Bernstein, MD, is a board-certified physician specializing in adult internal medicine. He works with the capable team at blueprintMD in Valley Stream, Massapequa, and Melville, New York. Dr. Bernstein graduated magna cum laude with a degree in psychology from Long Island University Post in Brookville, New York. He earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Granada, West Indies. While in medical school, Dr. Bernstein completed clinical rotations at Maimonides Medical Center and Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He completed his residency in internal medicine at New York-Presbyterian Queens in Flushing, New York. Dr. Bernstein brings a wealth of experience to blueprintMD, including time spent in internal medicine, emergency medicine, urgent care, and rehabilitation. He is certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support.

Along with his work in the clinical setting, Dr. Bernstein has published several research papers and books. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the American College of Physicians, the Medical Society of the State of New York, and the Medical Society of the County of Queens. When he isn’t with his patients, Dr. Bernstein enjoys sports, boating, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Carolyn Stull, MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained dermatologic surgeon. She treats the full spectrum of dermatologic conditions and specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery, surgical reconstruction following skin cancer removal, and facial aesthetics.

Dr. Stull is originally from Philadelphia and served as an Instructor of Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania prior to joining MDCS. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. Dr. Stull completed dermatology residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago where she served as chief resident. She subsequently completed a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. During fellowship she trained with experts in the management of rare and advanced skin cancers, complex surgical reconstruction and laser procedures. She also served as a sub-investigator for several clinical trials testing oncolytic viruses and immunotherapies for skin cancer treatment.

Dr. Stull has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, JAMA Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. She has been an invited speaker at regional and national meetings, and has been awarded grant funding from the University of Pennsylvania Center for Human Appearance and the Pennsylvania Medical Society for medical device innovation. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

Outside of the office Dr. Stull enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband who is plastic surgeon and their daughter.

Board-certified neurologist Farhad Elyaderani, MD, offers specialized brain and nervous system disorder diagnosis and treatment at his modern, well-equipped offices in Yonkers and New Rochelle, New York.

Dr. Elyaderani sees adult patients over age 18, who affected by neck and back pain, headaches, migraines, stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and other forms of dementia.

His neurology expertise enables Dr. Elyaderani to diagnose symptoms ranging from dizziness, balance problems, and numbness to loss of function, visual disturbances, and seizures. He is also an assistant clinical professor of neurology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Gun hill road neighborhood of the Bronx, Mt Vernon and New Rochelle New York.

Dr. Elaine has over 30 years of experience and over 15 years of experience in aesthetics. She is an assistant professor of nursing at Mount Saint Mary College. She is passionate about teaching students to become safe and effective clinicians. Dr. Elaine is also a clinical trainer for InMode and Prollenium. She has a great passion for aesthetics, making sure to meet her patients’ aesthetic needs.

In her spare time, Dr. Elaine loves to paint, honing in on her artistic eye which helps in her aesthetic abilities. She has spent over 20 years traveling around the world with medical and surgical teams, providing free medical services for those in need.
