Mary Alaina Burbage graduated with a Master of Science Nurse Practitioner degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Nursing from Georgetown University. She has been working in primary care as a family NP since 2016. Before that, she was an RN at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Her patient care philosophy is founded on the Jesuit ideal of cura personalis, caring for the whole person. She is passionate about primary care and the importance of preventative medicine to help keep you healthy. She originally went into nursing with dreams of working in Africa and has done several medical and community volunteer trips including to Tanzania, Zambia, South Africa, Peru, and Guatemala. In her free time, she enjoys taking walks with her family and adorable rescue dog Sasha, traveling, and yoga.

Lurline P Stona is a Family Nurse Practitioner specialist in Garden City New York. She graduated with honors from The Down State University medical Center of Brooklyn in 2001. She has over 21 years of diverse experiences in Family practice and Womens Health.

NP Stona goes above and beyond in the care of her patients. She was recently doing an Immigration Physical exam on a new patient to the facility. While obtaining the patient's medical history, she found out that the patient had several life-threatening Allergens, some of which had a potential for adverse reactions with some of the medications that she was already taking. She advised the patient to avoid such allergens and prescribed an Epi pen to be used in the event of a life -threatening Allergic reaction. The patient was impressed with the experience that the visit was only for Immigration purposes yet she learnt a lot about her allergens and realized how it impacted her medications and lifestyle in general. The patient queried if NP Stona was in network with her insurance because she would follow up with herfor primary care.

Michele Reed, DO, FAAFP, is a board-certified family medicine physician, public speaker, and best-selling author. She serves as the owner/medical director of MS Family Medicine Health Care, P.C., a holistic practice that is located in Garden City, Long Island. Recently, Dr. Michele was appointed as the first Health and Wellness Ambassador for Discover Long Island. Her debut book “Mentally Fit, Physically Strong: The FitDoc’s Guide to Real Life, Real Fitness, Real Health” was released May 2017 and became a bestseller on Amazon in June 2017.

Dr. Michele received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and her medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She also serves as the School District Physician for the Malverne and Roosevelt School Districts in Nassau County, NY. Dr. Michele remains committed to serving her community and also serves as the community Medical Director for The Congregational Church of South Hempstead. One of her greatest accomplishments was completing The NYC Marathon in the fall of 2015. Kornelia Teslic, MD  is a Board Certified Diagnostic NeuroRadiologist at Citimed Comprehensive TBI Center. She completed her fellowships at Weill Cornell, NY, and Memorial Sloan- Kettering Cancer Center, NY. She has 20 years of experience in neuroimaging including advanced MRI techniques. She speaks English, Spanish, Croatian, and Serbian.

As a highly-trained diagnostic radiologist, Dr. Teslic specializes in neuroradiology. She provides a complete range of diagnostic imaging services, including advanced diffusion-weighted MRIs for cancer detection and diffusion tensor MRIs for brain imaging.   

Robert Waxman, MD Board Certified Radiologist. He completed his fellowship at Body Imaging & Musculoskeletal, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Waxman is extremely knowledgable in any musculoskeletal imaging. 

Damon Spitz, MD Board Certified Radiologist in Musculoskeletal Radiology. Dr. Spitz completed his fellowship at New England Baptist Hospital Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.  Dr. Spitz plays a key role in expanding the radiology and interventional pain services and building a strong foundation for musculosketal reads.

 

 

Dr. Vinod Somareddy, PT, DPT, is the founder and president of Reddy Care Physical & Occupational Therapy with locations throughout New York in Farmingdale, Great Neck, North Shore Towers, Oceanside, Woodbury, Bayside, Deer Park, and Upper Westside of New York Cit. Started in 2003, Dr. Somareddy built his practice under the guiding principles of providing quality care that fosters a patient-centered culture committed to improving the lives of everyone who comes through the door.

Dr. Shajan then completed his residency in internal medicine through the Yale University School of Medicine at Greenwich Hospital in Connecticut.

Melanie R. Weiner, PA-C, is a dedicated physician assistant committed to delivering top-notch, empathetic healthcare to her patients. With a wealth of experience serving diverse communities, Melanie currently practices at Greenwich Primary Care in Stamford, Connecticut. 

After earning her bachelor’s degree in allied health from the University of Connecticut in Storrs, Melanie pursued her passion for healthcare by obtaining her Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from Pace University – Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, NY. During her tenure at Pace University, Melanie distinguished herself as a PA didactic student tutor and was honored with induction into the prestigious Pi Alpha – National Honor Society.
