Zak Maniya MD, FACP, is a triple board-certified in Nephrology & Hypertension, Critical Care and Internal Medicine at Consultants in Kidney Diseases, located in Hamilton, New Jersey.

 

Dr. Maniya founded Consultants in Kidney Diseases over 20 years ago to better serve patients with kidney diseases locally in Mercer County. He has pioneered innovations in preventive care, patient safety & quality of care.

 

With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Maniya is an expert in all forms of kidney diseases, including acute and chronic kidney diseases and hypertension. He is highly skilled in all modes of dialysis and kidney transplant care. He is a master at combining his vast knowledge and expertise with compassion. His philosophy is to treat the patient as a whole, not only the kidneys.

 

He completed his Nephrology and Critical Care training at Columbia University in New York and is one of the few triple board-certified physicians in the United States.

Shachi Patel, MD, is a double board-certified interventional pain management physician and the owner of Delmarva Pain and Spine Center in Newark, Delaware. She is an astute, patient-focused physician who offers multimodal treatment plans to address a wide range of pain conditions. 

Dr. Patel earned her doctor of medicine at the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
