Kristin Boulier,MD, is a non-invasive cardiologist specializing in general cardiology and cardiac imaging with expertise in cardiovascular genetics. She is board certified in Cardiology, Nuclear Cardiology, Echocardiography and Cardiac CT.
Originally from Maryland, her training began at Johns Hopkins followed by medical school at the University of Virginia. From there she moved to California to complete her Internal Medicine residency at Stanford followed by Cardiology fellowship within the STAR research track at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Her research training in bioinformatics and genetics has given her an appreciation for an analytic approach to assessing individualized risks and benefits of available treatment options. She has extensive experience working with families to interpret genetic testing results and implement appropriate screening for those at risk due to family history. Her passion for physical activity has led her to seek out additional training in the care of athletes with heart conditions.
When not practicing cardiology, she can be found exploring the outdoors. She is an avid distance runner, having completed races including the Boston Marathon and a 50-mile ultramarathon.
Anthony Ea, DO, FACC, is an interventional cardiologist who specializes in coronary, endovascular, and structural heart procedures. His board certifications include Interventional Cardiology, General Cardiology, Nuclear Cardiology, and Internal Medicine.
Dr. Ea values the opportunity to support his patients throughout their life-long health journeys as well as during crucial health events, such as heart attacks. He explains, “I believe in empowering my patients through active collaboration in each phase of care — from diagnosis to treatment.”

Dr. Raabia Ahmad is originally from St. Louis, Missouri where she attended college at Washington University. After completing her Bachelor’s Degree, she attended medical school at Drexel University in Philadelphia. Dr. Ahmad then completed her residency and cardiology fellowship at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. After completing her medical training, she worked outside Boston in the Mass General Brigham system for 5 years before moving to the Bay Area in search of warmer weather. She joined Advanced Cardiovascular Specialists in 2021 and has built a successful practice during her short time here. She also has taken on several administrative roles including President of ACS and is the co-medical director for Heart Failure at El Camino Hospital.
Dr. Ahmad is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Echocardiography, and Nuclear Cardiology. She has a special clinical interest in congestive heart failure, preventive cardiology, women’s heart disease, cardiac imaging, and valvular disease.
