Michael D. Fugit, MD, FACC, is a board-certified cardiologist and internal medicine physician. Philip M. Bach, MD, FACC, is a board-certified cardiologist and internal medicine physician. Dr. Bach earned his medical degree from Georgetown in Washington, DC. After graduating, he completed an internship and residency at the university. He then completed a cardiology fellowship at the Center for Health Sciences (CHS) at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Dr. Bach is a member of the American Heart Association and the Sacramento/El Dorado County Medical Society. He is also a fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

Dr. Bach has over 40 years of experience in the medical field. At Sacramento Heart & Vascular Medical Associates, he uses his decades of experience to ask the right questions and listen to patients to ensure he offers the best care possible.

Negar Yaghooti, M.D. is a board-certified gastroenterologist joining the team at Burlingame Gastroenterology and Hepatology. She brings extensive experience from her previous role at Kaiser Permanente, where she specialized in managing patients with complex Crohn’s disease and Ulcerative Colitis.

Dr. Yaghooti grew up in Los Angeles and graduated magna cum laude in Molecular and Cell Biology from UC Berkeley. She earned her medical degree from the University of Maryland. She completed her residency at the University of Southern California and her fellowship at the University of New Mexico. She has received additional training in Inflammatory Bowel Disease at both the University of Chicago and at Cedars Sinai in Los Angeles.  She has taken on leadership positions at every step in her career path.

Richard Abbey, PhD, is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist and the founder of Abbey Neurodynamic Center, a wellness center located in Palo Alto, California. Dr. Abbey completes neuropsychological evaluations for children and adults of all ages. He specializes in diagnosing and treating autism spectrum disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), traumatic brain injuries (concussions), and social communication disorders.
