He earned his medical degree from the University of Kalamoon and went on to join Duke University as a Postdoctoral Researcher, where he studied cell biology and the cancer microenvironment. His passion for advancing medical science continued at the University of Southern California, where he contributed to research on innovative cancer therapeutics.
Dr. Mansourati completed his internal medicine residency at MedStar Health in Baltimore, gaining broad experience in managing complex medical conditions and delivering high-acuity urgent care. During this time, he also collaborated with Johns Hopkins University on cutting-edge research projects.
His dedication to advancing clinical care and research led to his selection for the competitive Hematology and Oncology fellowship at St. Joseph's University Medical Center. While he continues to train in this specialized field, Dr. Mansourati remains deeply connected to his roots in internal medicine and is proud to bring his diverse expertise to the patients of Greenwich Primary Clinic.

He cares for patients at Greenwich Primary Care in the Cos Cob neighborhood of Greenwich, and serves as Medical Director of the practice.
After attending Bergen Catholic High School, Dr. Shajan earned admission to an 8-year BS/MBA/MD program, completing his bachelor’s degree at Union College in Schenectady, New York, his Master of Business Administration through Union Graduate College, and then received his Doctor of Medicine from Albany Medical College in New York in 2012.
Dr. Shajan then completed his residency in internal medicine through the Yale University School of Medicine at Greenwich Hospital in Connecticut.
Since completing residency, Dr. Shajan has provided comprehensive primary and urgent care services continuously in Greenwich. Additionally, he has also previously served as the medical director for a network of New York City-based urgent cares, prior to joining a private practice in Greenwich in 2018. Dr. Elaine has over 30 years of experience and over 15 years of experience in aesthetics. She is an assistant professor of nursing at Mount Saint Mary College. She is passionate about teaching students to become safe and effective clinicians. Dr. Elaine is also a clinical trainer for InMode and Prollenium. She has a great passion for aesthetics, making sure to meet her patients’ aesthetic needs.
In her spare time, Dr. Elaine loves to paint, honing in on her artistic eye which helps in her aesthetic abilities. She has spent over 20 years traveling around the world with medical and surgical teams, providing free medical services for those in need.

He completed his residency in primary care medicine at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island where he was named Resident of the Year. He completed his training with a fellowship in Gastroenterology at the Strong Memorial Hospital/University of Rochester in Rochester, New York.
Dr. Buch maintains his advanced credentialing to stay up-to-date with ever-changing innovation in Gastroenterology. He is board-certified in Gastroenterology, a diplomate of the National Board of Medicine, and a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, the American College of Gastroenterology, and the Medical Society of the State of New York.
He has published numerous research papers in prestigious medical journals, such as the American Journal of Gastroenterology. Dr. Buch is deeply involved in his Hudson Valley community, and he and his team treat patients like family. He is currently accepting new patients.
