We would like to welcome Dr. Donald Perlo, MD to our team! Dr. Perlo will be joing our practice in February 2024. He is an Internal Medicine doctor with over 20 year of experience. He graduated from Harvard with an AB degree in anthropolgy, then went to Tufts University where he graduated with his post-baccalaureate in pre-med courses, he then earned his medical degree at Jefferson medical College in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Perlo will be seeing patients on Monday's, Wednesday's, and Thursday's. His hobbies include: Running, cycling, hiking, learning to play fiddle and flute, writing, making maple syrup and canning jams in season. He also loves a great Broadway musical; old George Carlin, Monty Python, and SCTV clips; and delighting his kids with Dad jokes. Dr. Perlo sees patients ages 18 & up.

Mohammed Jaleel, MD, is a skilled internal medicine physician at Today’s Wellness and Primary Care in Wilmington, Reading, North Andover, and Stoneham, Massachusetts. A board-certified physician, Dr. Jaleel has over 20 years of experience in primary care. He completed his education at Stanley Medical College in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Dr. Jaleel is the founding partner of multiple medical practices in the Merrimack Valley area. His first venture was establishing New England Inpatient Services (NEIS), a hospitalist group that serves many local community hospitals. He later founded New England Community Medical Services (NECMS), which serves subacute, long-term care facilities, and assisted living facilities in the Massachusetts and New Hampshire area.
In addition to his founding responsibilities, Dr. Jaleel serves as the medical director at many hospitals and skilled rehabilitation centers that NEIS and NECMS service.
Dr. Jaleel has contributed to the body of medical knowledge through multiple professional papers and research projects. His publications include work on cavitary lung disease and other pulmonary issues, as well as best practices for resident physician teaching rounds.
He has earned a Fellowship in the Society of Hospitalist Medicine and has been instrumental in developing and implementing multiple protocols, including end of life care and delirium tremens. Dr. Jaleel has also contributed to work groups for pneumonia and congestive heart failure/acute myocardial infarction (CHF/AMI).

Dr. Muhammad Bajwa is a Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician licensed to practice medicine in Massachusetts. He strives to provide compassionate patient care in a comprehensive and effective way.
Dr. Bajwa spent 3 years in Harvard-associated hospitals (Mass General Hospital, Joslin Diabetes Center, and Beth Israel Medical Center) doing clinical research in Cardiovascular Disease and Diabetes. He obtained his Research Fellowship from Joslin Diabetes Center, Boston MA in 2011.
He continued his career with internal medicine training at Good Samaritan Hospital, University of Cincinnati, OH. He completed his residency in 2015 and moved to Rhode Island Hospital as a teaching attending in the Department of Medicine at Brown University.
Savitha Gowda, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine specialist at Norwood Medical Associates in Norwood, Massachusetts. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has decades of experience.
Dr. Gowda has been practicing medicine in Norwood since 1998. She was raised in a large family in India, growing up with many family members who suffered from diabetes complications. Her mother donated a kidney to her father, but he eventually succumbed to his illness. All of this influenced Dr. Gowda’s decision to practice medicine.
She earned her medical degree at Bangalore University in India and completed a residency in internal medicine at Newton-Wellesley Hospital in Newton, Massachusetts, and St. Raphael Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut.
