Samuel I. Fink, MD, FACP, is an internal medicine and primary care specialist in private practice in Tarzana, California. Dr. Fink has been a member of the Los Angeles County Medical Association (LACMA) for nearly 30 years, where he served as the 141st President. He has also served as the President of the San Fernando Valley/Santa Clarita Medical Society, as well as the Chair of the LACMA delegation to the California Medical Association (CMA). With a dedication to advocating for physicians and patients, Dr. Fink has chaired the Public Health Reference Committee at the CMA House of Delegates and has served as a past member of the Council on Legislation as well as the Chairman of the President’s Forum. Dr. Fink teaches medical students at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, where he proudly serves as an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine. Dr. Yalvac received his Bachelor of Arts in economics and math, graduating cum laude. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine in Galveston. He then completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Afterward, Dr. Yalvac completed a general cardiology fellowship at the Tulane University Heart and Vascular Institute before completing an interventional cardiology fellowship at the University of California, San Diego. 

He holds certification from the Board of Nuclear Cardiology in advanced cardiac life support and is Level II trained in echocardiography.
