I came in for an emergency heart attack on January 1, 2012 and Dr M. Eslami was on call. He diagnosed my heart and got his team ready for stints. He worked on me from late afternoon until three in the morning. I went home after a Show moreweek of treatment and have been fine since. After I went home he had me confer with a heart surgeon and all was well. This all happened in 2012. I see Dr Eslami every 6 months. He always seems to ask the right questions that make me feel strong and confident. A few years after my experience our daughter, had a stroke due to heart problems. We immediately had Dr. Eslami perform her procedure and continues to follow her progress. We feel a personal closeness to our Doctor. He has taken so much interest in our family.
Overall experience has been 5 stars. I have a complicated case because I have high blood pressure that is hard to manage since my body becomes resistant to medication. My only wish stems from being told to work with my primary carShow moree provider when she had asked me to work with my cardiologist on my symptoms.I feel stuck since I have been in limbo so long. In a lot of ways I would have given up if it weren’t for the fact that I have a loving husband and 2 beautiful children (2, 8).it is horrifying picturing them having to grow up without their mother and me and my husband feeling so helpless. I wish there were a focus on managing both blood pressure as well as the headaches, dizziness and vomiting / nausea.

He runs the tests that are relevant to my situation and I feel inspired when I leave the office after a visit. Great care and now I don’t have to drive into Orange for visits. Initial nurse kept asking questions we had already carefully / fully answered on the New patient packet received. It seemed she didn't really want to read our concise answers to input. I said several times: the answers are on that paper under your left hand... Oh, we have a ask.... Then why did we fill out those same questions carefully in advance? Next question: also on that paper I brought in. Either don't ask new patients to fill-out said papers OR have nurse input from said papers, pls. Thx Dr was awesome.
