Deborah Seymour APRN began her medical career in London, England, where she graduated from the Royal Free School of Nursing in 1993. She is a board-certified acute adult gerontology specialist with over 30 years' experience in caring for the older adult. She attended Sacred Heart University where she obtained her Bachelor's degree, and practiced in critical care at UCONN Medical Center, St Francis Hospital in the cardiac ICU and the Emergency Room. Margaret I. Chustecki, MD, MBA, is a skilled internist at Internal Medicine of Greater New Haven in Hamden, West Haven, and Milford, Connecticut. She is also an assistant clinical professor at Yale School of Medicine.

Morris Papernik, MD, FACP, is an experienced physician serving patients at Internal Medicine of Greater New Haven in the West Haven and Stratford, Connecticut, office.

A native New Yorker, Dr. Papernik graduated from Rush Medical College in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Rush and is a fellow of the American College of Physicians.
