“I went in to get a refill with no appointment and 20 minutes before the office closed. Rita made time to get me in. There is anew office protocol, in which they don’t have medications on site anymore. Rita explained the change clearly and helped me find a coupon. Of course, it was a little inconvenient, but not really a problem. Not having phentermine on site is safer for the people who work there.
