Anneta Golubchik MD is a Board Certified Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine physician.

She brings years of experience in performing in–hospital consultations and assessment of patients in outpatient settings related to conditions secondary to multi–drug resistant organisms, hospital–aquired infections, device–related infections, post operative infections, infections in patients with immunodeficiencies. Dr. Kimberlee Williams Park founded MediCalm-PA, LLC in 2019. She graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1993 and completed her training at Crozer Keystone Family Medicine Residency Program in 1996. She is a Board Certified Family Medicine physician and has practiced primary care for the past 30 years in the Philadelphia region. Dr. Park created MediCalm-PA, LLC as a medical practice dedicated to helping patients benefit from the new and evolving treatments that became available with Pennsylvania's compassionate medical marijuana legislation signed into law by Gov. Tom Wolf on April 17, 2016 and is overjoyed that she is able to provide access and guidance for those individuals with qualifying chronic conditions not fully responding to conventional options. She is comfortable certifying people of all ages given her training and experience in family medicine. Elizaveta is a Mental Health Counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Touro University, dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges and transitions. She views her work as a meaningful opportunity to help clients better understand themselves while fostering growth and emotional well-being. Elizaveta creates a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, supported, and encouraged to show up as their authentic selves.

Through a collaborative and client-centered approach, she helps individuals explore how their thoughts, emotions, physical experiences, identity, cultural background, and relationships influence their daily lives. Her work focuses on helping clients move toward meaningful change that aligns with their personal values and goals.

Elizaveta utilizes an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to each individual’s needs. She specializes in working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, grief, and bereavement. She understands that experiences of loss, trauma, and overwhelming stress can feel isolating, and she is committed to providing a steady and compassionate presence throughout the healing process.

She prioritizes creating a warm, nonjudgmental, and supportive space while also gently encouraging clients to challenge patterns that may be keeping them stuck. In her work, Elizaveta draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and psychodynamic approaches to help clients build insight, strengthen coping strategies, and develop a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Mikhail Kapchits, MD, is an accomplished cardiologist and a co-founder of Advanced Medical Care. Through his role at the practice, Dr. Kapchits assists patients from Brighton Beach (Brooklyn) and Forest Hills (Queens), New York. 

Education has always shaped Dr. Kapchits’ life. He earned both his undergraduate and medical degrees from Moscow Medical Stomatological Institute in Russia and remained in his nation of birth to complete his first internship. He also completed internships in internal medicine at Municipal Hospital #50, known as Moscow Central Clinical Hospital, in Moscow, Russia, and at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway, New York. 

A residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York rounded out Dr. Kapchits’ training. He continues seeking opportunities to expand his knowledge and skill set in all aspects of neurology. Dr. Kapchits is also a board-certified cardiologist.
