Adam Weitzman, MD, is a Pain Management physician who practices in four Los Angeles locations, Redondo Beach, El Segundo, Torrance and Seal Beach, California. He is double board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
Dr. Weitzman earned his medical degree and graduated with honors from the Weill Medical College of Cornell University in New York City. He then completed an internship at the University of Pennsylvania before completing a residency in anesthesiology at Temple University, both in Philadelphia. Afterward, he finished an ACGME recognized fellowship in pain management at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in New York City, where he served as chief fellow.
He focuses on state-of-the-art therapies for acute and chronic pain. Dr. Weitzman uses a multidisciplinary approach that includes chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage therapy, stem cell therapy, and interventional pain techniques. His goal is to identify and eliminate the causes of pain that don’t respond to a single method of treatment so patients can live pain-free.

In an ever-so-busy and changing medical field, I find the most important part of being a physician is being able to listen to the patient in order to address his/her needs. Whether it is acute or chronic medical concerns, being able to simply listen to the patient will allow for correct diagnosis and medical management. I pride myself in doing just that. Dr. Albaree is board-certified in Internal Medicine and has completed her training at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, California. She comes to us from Kaiser Permanente with experience and knowledge in conducting telehealth assessments and treatments and will be a great asset to the MIMPC community.
Dr. Albaree will be available to see patients by TELEHEALTH CONFERENCE ONLY beginning September 9/6 and will be able to assist with both chronic and urgent care matters by phone or video.

Dr. Javadi was born in Iran and grew up in Houston, Texas. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin and went on to obtain her Master's from Texas State University. She received her medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine and completed her Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at Albany Medical Center in New York.
She moved back to Houston to complete her Fellowship in Hepatology at The University of Texas Medical School in Houston, where she stayed on as an Attending Physician.
After moving to Los Angeles in 2006, Dr. Javadi worked as Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California (USC). She subsequently accepted an Assistant Professorship at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine to care for patients with Liver disease, and continued to train Residents and Fellows.
Dr. Javadi eventually moved back to the Los Angeles area and joined ProDigest Gastroenterology & Hepatology Associates, to continue caring for patients with liver disease. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases.
Dr. Javadi is dedicated to helping patients with liver disorders, including fatty liver, viral Hepatitis, and management of liver cirrhosis/end-stage liver disease that may require liver transplant evaluation. Her detailed and humanistic approach to providing care for patients with liver disorders is built on years of experience at various academic centers.
Dr. Javadi looks forward to serving the people of Southern California.
