About Ani Arabian, LMFT
Hi, I'm Ani Arabian, and I've spent the last eight years helping people navigate life's ups and downs, especially when anxiety or trauma makes the road feel a little bumpier. I graduated from Pepperdine University with a master's in clinical psychology, focusing on marriage and family therapy, but my approach goes beyond the textbook. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) because these methods are proven to create real, lasting changes. That said, I also pull from other approaches depending on what fits best for you.
