I work with clients seeking approaches that extend beyond traditional talk therapy. My clinical experience encompasses working with adults facing severe mental health conditions, such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, as well as trauma, addiction, interpersonal difficulties, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I utilize interventions including psychoeducation on the mind-body relationship, holistic modalities, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and evidence-based trauma therapies. Fundamentally, my orientation is humanistic, and I am committed to providing treatment that is specifically tailored to everyone’s unique needs.
