Dr. Lewis graduated from the National College of Natural Medicine in 2014. The following year she completed a residency at the college where she saw a broad variety of patient complaints with a range of treatment modalities ranging from diet management to pharmaceutical intervention. Her patient base ranges from primary-care patient management to adjunctive care for chronic disease processes including metabolic, endocrine, and digestive processes.
When not engaged in patient care Dr. Lewis spends her time being outside hiking, camping, and climbing rocks. She also enjoys cooking and tasting meal prep ideas at home.

Dr. McDougal is an enthusiastic and welcoming physician who bring her passion for wellness and love of patient education and empowerment to every visit. She believes strongly in the synergy of preventative, naturopathic, and conventional medicines to work with patients to find their ideal wellness.
She graduated from the National University of Natural Medicine in 2021 while also completing a certificate in natural obstetrics and midwifery. She has a passion for primary and family medicine and sees patients of all ages and stages. She also provides prenatal and postnatal care and primary care through pregnancy. Dr. McDougal has a passion for reproductive health and fertility for all people and has a focus on trauma informed care in these spaces. She uses a variety of treatment modalities including lifestyle changes, nutrition, herbal, and pharmaceutical treatments.
When not seeing patients Dr. McDougal spends her time working on her cookbook, playing board games, reading, and spending time with her family and pets. She also enjoys spending time outside in nature and hiking in the Pacific Northwest.
