Kelly Mercier, DO, is board-certified in nephrology and hypertension, and internal medicine. She sees patients at Hypertension Nephrology Associates, PC, in Livonia, Michigan.
Dr. Mercier received both her undergraduate and medical degrees from Michigan State University. Throughout these years, she maintained her commitment to assisting the community and fellow classmates, often involved in educational services. Dr. Habach's deep interest in healthcare policy and public health aspects influenced him to pursue a Master of Public Health (MPH) at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He then completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Connecticut and a nephrology fellowship at the University of Michigan.
Dr. Habach believes physicians have a duty to educate, teaching patients how to care for their health, not only alleviating symptoms and prescribing drugs. He also believes physicians should be role models who demonstrate the ideals of ethics, righteousness, and compassion in every aspect of their lives. These are the ideals Dr. Habach has strived to embody for the last 25 years and continues to strive towards with enthusiasm and focus.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Habach enjoys reading poetry and history, playing tennis, and listening to music, especially James Taylor. He also enjoys spending time with his children and watching them grow into independent and passionate individuals.

Jason Biederman, DO, FACOI, FASN, is board certified in nephrology and internal medicine. He sees patients at Hypertension Nephrology Associates, PC in Livonia, Michigan.
Dr. Biederman was raised in Farmington Hills, Michigan. He earned his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University after having completed his science bachelorate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
