Dr. Misuraca was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University, School of Medicine. Dr. Misuraca is a member of the National Osteopathic Honor Society, having graduated in the top 25 of his class. Dr. Misuraca completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Dr. Misuraca used the knowledge base and experience from that training to go forward and complete a fellowship in Nephrology at Botsford Hospital. Victoria Golas, DO, is board-certified in nephrology and hypertension, and internal medicine. She diagnoses and treats patients at Hypertension Nephrology Associates, PC, located in Livonia, Michigan.
Dr. Golas was born in Indiana and raised in Michigan. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics with a minor in nutritional science at Michigan State University in East Lansing. She then completed her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University. Dr. Golas finished her internal medicine residency at Beaumont Hospital in Farmington Hills. She continued her nephrology training and fellowship at Beaumont Farmington Hills, where she subsequently was chosen as Chief Fellow.
Dr. Golas is currently a member of the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) and the American Society of Nephrology (ASN).

Suruchi Kaul, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine and nephrology specialist at Norwood Medical Associates in Norwood, Massachusetts. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and highly trained in primary care.
Dr. Kaul has been practicing medicine in Norwood since 2008, after moving to the area from Minnesota. She specializes in treating kidney diseases, particularly in managing chronic kidney disease due to hypertension and diabetes.
She earned her medical degree at Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi University, in India. Dr. Kaul completed residencies at St. Luke’s Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri; the University of Minnesota VA Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota; and the University College of Medical Sciences Delhi University in Delhi, India.
Dr. Kaul also completed a fellowship in nephrology at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis and in immunology and uveitis at the University of Illinois in Chicago. She’s a member of the American College of Physicians, National Kidney Foundation, American Society of Nephrology, and Delhi Ophthalmological Society. During her residency, Dr. Kaul developed an interest in further studying kidney disease.
She enjoys educating patients about disease complications to reduce their risk of experiencing severe medical problems. Dr. Kaul feels privileged to help her patients understand and gain control of their health and well-being.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family, reading, and being involved in the PTO at her children’s school. She helps with various educational activities, including the Understanding Our Differences program, and volunteers at a local library.
Dr. Kaul welcomes existing and new patients to Norwood Medical Associates and enjoys caring for them.

Crystal R. Gardner-Martin, MD, is board certified in nephrology and internal medicine. She sees patients at Hypertension Nephrology Associates, PC in Livonia, Michigan.
Dr. Gardner-Martin was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical School and completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Illinois Hospital. She returned to Michigan in 1998 to complete her nephrology subspecialty training at the University of Michigan.
Dr. Gardner-Martin joined Hypertension Nephrology Associates, PC in 2000 and has been dedicated to improving medical care in the Detroit metropolitan area. She served as a member and chairperson of the St. John Detroit Riverview Hospital Internal Medicine/Family Practice Quality Assurance Committee, chairperson of the Medical Care Evaluation Committee, and member of the Medical Executive Board. She is presently the Medical Director of several Fresenius Kidney Care hemodialysis units.
Dr. Gardner-Martin has remained active in the teaching services at several hospitals and participates in community education through various community health fairs and service projects. Her special interests include hypertension, chronic kidney disease, and lupus.
