Pranusha Baxi, MD is a board-certified anesthesiologist and fellowship-trained interventional pain management specialist whose primary goal is to improve the quality of life of her patients suffering from chronic pain. Dr. Baxi grew up in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. She then attended a direct medical program at St. Louis University in Missouri to complete her undergraduate and medical school education. She returned home to Chicago to complete an anesthesiology residency and interventional pain medicine fellowship at the highly interventional program at Rush University Medical Center.
Dr. Baxi places importance on the unique nature of pain and its impact on patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological health as well as their functional status. Dr. Baxi takes time to understand her patients’ complex stories, build a relationship based on trust, and provide a sense of comfort. Joseph Rabi, MD, is a pain management and rehabilitation physician practicing at The Neuroscience and Spine Institute, located in Orland Park, Illinois.
Dr. Rabi completed his undergraduate coursework at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, in 2006. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine from St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada. Dr. Rabi completed his internal medicine internship through the University of Illinois at Chicago at Advocate Christ Medical Center before completing his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency through the University of Chicago at Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital.
