Dr. Jeffrey Wiegers is a dedicated and inquisitive physician with a passion for advancing medical frontiers. His academic journey began at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. He then pursued his medical education at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, earning his Medical Degree.
During his medical training Dr. Wiegers developed a keen interest in the expanded use of ultrasound in clinical practice. This led him to collaborate with the Anesthesiology Department at UCLA, where he contributed to the development of innovative training and implementation protocols.
His interest in cutting-edge techniques guided him to Los Angeles, where he completed his Anesthesiology residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, serving as Chief Resident.
After residency, Dr. Wiegers specialized in Interventional Pain Management, completing a fellowship at Cedar-Sinai. He is committed to advancing the field with a particular focus on regenerative medicine.

Narinder Grewal, MD, is a board-certified pain management specialist with more than 40 years of professional medical experience. He Serves both Northern and Southern California locations. Dr. Grewal provides a number of groundbreaking pain treatments at his office, including epidural injections, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, percutaneous endoscopic laser discectomy (LASE), and more.
A native of India, Dr. Grewal completed his undergraduate education at Punjab University in Punjab in 1977. He was later accepted into the prestigious Patiala Government Medical College in Patiala. With a strong desire to further his medical education, Dr. Grewal soon relocated to the United States and completed his residency program at the University of Toledo Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio.
After finishing his residency, Dr. Grewal completed interventional pain management, spinal surgery, and spinal injection fellowships to prepare himself for challenges he would ultimately face as a leading pain management specialist. He continues to further his education whenever possible to provide his patients with the most exceptional pain management care. Not only does he participate in training seminars, but he also attends hands-on medical conference programs across the country every year.
Dr. Grewal holds several board certifications, including a certification in pain management by the American Academy of Pain Management and anesthesia by the American Society of Anesthesiology. Leika-Marrie Rosete is a board-certified nurse practitioner in family medicine. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Charles R. Drew University in Los Angeles, California graduating with honors. She specializes in family medicine and pain management. She currently works as a Nurse Practitioner with Advance Pain Management in Lancaster, California working closely with Dr. Narinder Grewal. She originally attended Excelsior College in Albany, New York where she received her associate’s degree in nursing. After graduating from her nursing degree she pursued working in the hospital as an ICU and ER nurse for several years before pursuing her bachelor’s degree in nursing with West Coast University, in Los Angeles California where she graduated with honors. As an ICU nurse she mostly worked in specialty units involving cardiac and neuro patients and she also pursued her critical care registered nurse certification (CCRN) while she was an ICU RN. After working for more than 12 years as an ICU and ER nurse Leika decided to pursue her masters in nursing.
Leika believes strongly in giving a holistic care approach to patient care and with the emerging health and mental issues she has seen with her patient’s she is currently pursuing her certification to be a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner.
Leika also enjoys having work-life balance and in her off days she loves to travel to different destinations discovering new cultures, places and adventures. She is also passionate about photography and capturing the beauty of her travel destinations especially the landscapes and the different cultures.
