As a Pain Management and Sports Medicine Physician, Dr. Verma utilizes various imaging studies, astute physical examinations, and ultrasound guided procedures to accurately diagnose and treat pain and injuries. Using telemedicine, Dr. Verma’s focus is to provide comprehensive care to patients in order to identify and manage the root cause of pain. This includes a combination of medications, injections, and physical therapy that is provided in a team environment alongside Chiropractors, Spine Surgeons, Interventional Pain Specialists, and Primary Care Physicians. 

In 2019 Dr. Verma attended a Harvard Medical School accredited CME Course "Sports Medicine 2019”. The program agenda was to provide State-of-the-Art Approaches to Optimize the Diagnosis, Treatment, Rehabilitation, and Prevention of Sports Injuries. Dr. Verma also participated in a limited availability workshop to update his knowledge of Ultrasound and the most recent advances in Regenerative Medicine guided by leading experts from Harvard Medical School as well as from the following Boston’s professional sports teams: Boston Red Sox, Boston Bruins, New England Revolution and New England Patriots. Dr. Verma has also been teaching medicine to young physicians for most of his career as he is also Adjunct Clinical Professor of Family Medicine for McMaster University.
