Dr. Sasso is the former Director of Pain Management Services and the former Chairman of Anesthesia at Abington Hospital-Jefferson Health. He has also served as a member of various committees at Abington Hospital and as a member of the Board of Trustees at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Sasso has also participated in numerous medical research projects and is a member of both the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the Pennsylvania Society of Anesthesiologists.
Over his career, Dr. Sasso has employed a multimodal and empathetic approach to managing his patients' pain. Outside of the office, he enjoys time with his family, cooking, and, when time allows, an occasional round of golf or tennis.
