Dr. Sinha uses a multi-pronged approach to managing pain, including interventional pain techniques, minimally-invasive surgeries, medical management, and physical and behavioral therapy. Andrew So, MD, is a board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain management physician at Garden State Pain & Orthopedics with offices in Edison, Clifton, Hazlet or Jersey City, New Jersey. Dr. So believes that each patient’s care should be personalized and strives to ensure the highest level of comfort and compassion through a multi-modal treatment approach. His specialties include neck pain, back pain, spine pain, post-laminectomy syndrome, headache pain, migraine pain, joint pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, neuropathy, acute, and post-surgical pain syndromes, and complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), amongst others.

Dr. So attended the University of Michigan, where he graduated as an Angel Scholar with a Bachelor of Science in Brain Behavior & Cognitive Sciences. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Virginia Commonwealth University as a distinguished merit scholar, where he was also voted class president by his peers for his leadership abilities. 

He then went on to complete his residency in Anesthesiology at Albert Einstein University of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center.  During his residency, Dr. So was honored by his peers and faculty with the highly coveted Leo M. Davidoff Society Outstanding Teacher Award.  

Following residency, Dr. So completed fellowship training at Albert Einstein University of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center specializing in interventional pain management, where he served as a chief administrative fellow. In addition to his extensive training, Dr. So has contributed to the field of pain management through research initiatives and various publications, including first author credits for multiple chapters in Deer’s Treatment of Pain: An Illustrated Guide for Practitioners, as well as presentations at national and regional conferences.

Lauren Gasparini DNP is a Nurse Practitioner at Garden State Pain & Orthopedics, specializing in pain and rehabilitation. Lauren received her Bachelor of Nursing degree at William Paterson University, and acquired her Doctor of Nursing Practice, Adult Nurse Practitioner from Rutgers University. Prior to completing her Doctor of Nursing program, Lauren was an orthopedic nurse for five years at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. Upon graduation, she immediately began her career as a pain management nurse practitioner.

Lauren was chosen to speak about Pain Management/Opioid Crisis at the Saint Barnabas Medical Center Nursing Excellence Conference in 2018. When asked what brought Lauren to the medical field, she responded " I had brain surgery as a child, and knew that I wanted to take care of others the way I was cared for during my recovery. I originally went to school/began a career in Business Marketing but knew something was always missing; causing me to pursue my dream of becoming a nurse."

Lauren was born and raised in Northern Jersey. Outside of the office, you can find Lauren enjoying the fresh air (especially near or on water)! She loves spending time boating, swimming, going to the Jersey Shore, and visiting her family's lake house in the Adirondacks. Dr Saurabh Dang is Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine by the American Board of Medical Specialties.  A graduate of Hamilton College, in Clinton, NY, Dr Dang completed his internship in General Surgery at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, NY. He then went on to receive his training in Anesthesiology at New York Medical College, in Valhalla, NY. During his Anesthesiology training, Dr Dang was elected and served as Chief Resident and received the “Resident of the Year Award” during his final year of training. He went on to complete a fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at The University of Toledo, in Toledo, OH. He received his MBA from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. 

Since completing his training, Dr Dang has been in private practice in New Jersey.  He has specialized in neuromodulation and the implementation of spinal cord stimulation and intrathecal drug delivery systems for the treatment of chronic pain.  He has been a faculty member for multiple fellowship training labs throughout the United States, teaching physicians on implantation techniques of spinal cord stimulators and intrathecal pumps.  Dr Dang has also served as a faculty member for various pain societies. 

In his private practice Dr Dang offers multiple therapies for the treatment of chronic pain including: Intrathecal drug delivery system implantation, Dorsal Column Spinal Cord Stimulation implantation, Dorsal Root Spinal Cord Stimulation implantation, Insertion of interspinous spacer for spinal stenosis, SI joint arthrodesis, kyphoplasty, minimally invasive lumbar decompression (mild procedure) for spinal stenosis, and percutaneous tenotomy among others.  He employs the multimodal approach for treating patients with chronic pain.

Dr. Larisa Likver is a board-certified physiatrist with over 25 years of medical experience, specifically pain management, both in New York City and abroad. She has been trained in Prolotherapy by the Hackett-Hemwall Foundation, the leading institution for Prolotherapy education and research. For over 35 years, the Hackett-Hemwall foundation has hosted a medical missionary trip to Honduras.

Dr. Likver has advanced her expertise in Prolotherapy by participating in these missions in 2014 and 2015, dedicating her time and service to treat people who are otherwise unable to afford medical care.

She is also a specialist in Neural Prolotherapy. This treatment was developed by New Zealand physician Dr. John Lyftgoft. Dr. Likver participated in some of the few global conferences in Neural Prolotherapy to obtain training from Dr. Lyftogt himself. In 2013, Dr. Likver participated in the most comprehensive global conference for Neural Prolotherapy held in Guadelajara, Mexico — further solidifying her expertise in the treatment.

Additionally, Dr. Likver is recognized as a Pioneer by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography and was one of the first to obtain Certification in Musculoskeletal Sonography in 2012. She has more than 10 years of experience implementing ultrasound guidance to dramatically improve the positive outcome of pain-alleviating procedures through directly targeted and precise injections with the help of real-time visualization.

Jeremy Jaffe, MD, is a pain management physician at SEPA Pain & Spine in Horsham, Langhorne, and Chalfont, Pennsylvania. Dr. Jaffe joined the team in 1996. 

Since then, he has gained a reputation as a patient listener and effective communicator while providing a thoughtful, considerate, compassionate and comprehensive approach toward chronic pain management. He enjoys the challenge of first establishing each patient's primary pain generator and then creating an individualized multimodal approach to reduce pain and improve quality of life.

Dr. Jaffe's areas of subspecialty interest include mechanical low back pain and opioid dependence counseling and treatment. Dr. Jaffe is also a registered provider of medical marijuana certification in Pennsylvania. He spent over 20 years helping to train medical students and anesthesia residents in his capacity as Director of Medical Education for United Anesthesia Services-Abington Division. Dr. Jaffe currently serves as Vice President and Director of Human Resources for SEPA Pain Management.

He is a graduate of Haverford College in Haverford, Pennsylvania. Dr. Jaffe received his medical school training at Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. After completing an internship at Abington Hospital, he completed his residency in anesthesiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where the majority of his subspecialty training was devoted to pain management.

When not helping patients, Dr. Jaffe devotes a great deal of time to charitable causes, including his annual participation as co-chair for Rockin’ Docs for Diabetes Cure. His other interests include drumming, bicycling, playing tennis, and traveling.

Soon Jung, MD, is a pain management physician at SEPA Pain & Spine in Horsham, Langhorne, Chalfont, and Meadowbrook, Pennsylvania. He joined the team in 2021.

Dr. Jung is originally from the New York metro area. He graduated from the State University of New York Binghamton University before completing his medical education at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York, in 2010.

He began his medical career as a neurosurgical resident at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey. After completing multiple years of training, Dr. Jung realized that, unfortunately, many patients continued to have chronic pain despite surgery, and during his time there, he became exposed to chronic pain management under the tutelage of Dr. Andrew Kaufman.  

After seeing the positive and life-changing impact of helping someone alleviate chronic pain, he decided to pursue a career in pain management. Therefore, he made a career move and began his anesthesia training at the Westchester Medical Center. Upon completing his residency, he began his pain management fellowship training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. After completing his fellowship in 2016, he became an attending physician at the Lehigh Valley Medical Center in Allentown, Pennsylvania. While there, he was in charge of the neuromodulation program and the intrathecal pump program. With the use of intrathecal drug delivery, Dr. Jung was able to get patients off oral opioids while continuing to treat patients who required opioids in a safe, controlled manner that was physician-controlled.

He is double board-certified in anesthesia and pain management. Because of his neurosurgical background, he brings a unique skill set not found in most pain management physicians to SEPA Pain & Spine.  He believes that every patient’s pain is unique and that treatment plans should be catered to the patient’s needs. He brings with him experience and knowledge in all areas of pain management, including medication management as well as minimally invasive procedures designed to treat chronic pain.

Dr. Jung now resides in the Blue Bell area and is married with three young children. He spends his free time combing the country for the newest and latest ways he can treat his patients. He feels blessed that he can truly say that for him, his work is his hobby.

Patrick Fall, DO, is a pain management physician at SEPA Pain & Spine in Horsham, Langhorne, and Chalfont, Pennsylvania. Dr. Fall joined the team in 2006. 

Dr. Fall grew up in central Pennsylvania and received his Bachelor of Science from Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. He received a Master of Science with an emphasis in biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey. 

Dr. Fall moved to the Philadelphia area in 1997 and received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001. He completed his residency in anesthesiology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, followed by a fellowship in pain medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and The Jefferson Pain Center. 

He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology and is dual-certified in both anesthesiology and pain medicine. Dr. Fall obtained certification in Suboxone® therapy in 2014 and is certified by the state of Pennsylvania to register patients in the medical marijuana program.

Dr. Fall provides state-of-the-art pain management treatments with precision and compassion. His goal is to allow his patients to become active participants in their own treatment, which he believes leads to better outcomes and overall care. Chad Metzger, DO, is a pain management physician at SEPA Pain & Spine in Horsham, Langhorne, Chalfont, and Meadowbrook, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Metzger is a graduate of Penn State University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology, the study of human movement. His passion for the musculoskeletal system and biomechanics led him initially to pursue a doctoral degree in chiropractic medicine where he developed a passion for spine care. He then went on to receive his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Metzger completed his residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation (physiatry) at Temple University Hospital where he served as chief resident, followed by additional fellowship training in pain medicine at Penn State Hershey Medical Center. 

Dr. Metzger takes a holistic patient-centered approach to his care with a focus on palliating pain and restoring function. His goal is to use his knowledge and interventional skill set to give his patients their best shot at returning to a normal functional life, using all of the multi-modal disciplines, medications, modern technologies, and state of the art procedures available. He strives to encourage his patients to take an active role in their healthcare for ultimate long-term success and improved quality of life. 

When not at work, Dr. Metzger lives an active lifestyle and enjoys exploring local hiking and running trails with his family. He is a proud father and husband. His wife Dana is a successful chiropractor who also shares a passion for spine care. His favorite days are college football Saturdays cheering on his Penn State Nittany Lions with friends. Sanjay Shah, MD, is a pain management physician at SEPA Pain & Spine in Horsham, Langhorne, and Chalfont, Pennsylvania. He joined the team in 2006.

Dr. Shah earned his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, and his medical degree from Ponce Health Sciences University in Puerto Rico. He then completed his residency in anesthesiology and a fellowship in pain management, both at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

He is a pain management physician who specializes in treating debilitating and painful conditions through various interventional orthopedic therapies. His philosophy for treating patients is based on staying current with the latest pain management, minimally invasive spine surgery, and regenerative techniques so he can provide the best possible care for his patients.

Dr. Shah is dual board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine through the American Board of Anesthesiology with a subspecialty certification in pain medicine. Dr. Marcelo del Rio, PT, DPT has been a physical therapist for 5 years. Marcelo received my Doctorate Degree at Long Island University - Brooklyn. He has been in out-patient PT for 3 years is now doing in-home physical therapy with Reddy Care.
