Becky Passante earned her degree in physical therapy from the University of Connecticut. Becky lives in Madison, CT and services patients in the Branford through Guilford area of Connecticut. She’s amazing! And has 6 children and has worked with us since 2015. Becky treats both neurological and orthopedic patients. She’s skilled in manual therapy, physical exercise and strength and conditioning. Work with Becky and she will take you to a whole new level!
In addition to her clinical practice, Michelle serves as an Associate Clinical Professor of Physical Therapy at Quinnipiac University, where she plays an active role in educating and mentoring future physical therapists. Her academic involvement reflects her passion for evidence-based practice, clinical reasoning, and advancing the profession through education and leadership.

Dr. Caryn McAllister earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Connecticut in 1995, Doctorate from Simmons College in 2012 and Harvard Certification in Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching from Harvard University in 2025. Dr. McAllister started her career at St. Vincent’s Medical Center and quickly began working in homecare in 1996, the same year she developed a brain tumor that required brain surgery. Caryn’s personal and professional experiences motivated her to provide a better environment for people to achieve optimal health & wellness.
A specialist in movement, orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation, Dr. McAllister’s passions lie in management of complex medical conditions, pain management, pelvic floor rehab, spasticity, headache, clinical research, medical advocacy, EDS and other connective tissue disorders and mental health. A consultant for pharmaceutical companies, academic institutions, clinical research sites and lawyers, Dr. McAllister has assisted in clinical trial protocol development, training for medical doctors and researchers, physical therapy conduction within global studies and has presented at globla, national and local professional conferences on EDS, spasticity, headache, mindfulness, PT for mental health, collaborative care and the role of rehab in hospice and palliative care.
A member of the Greater National Advocates, Dr. Caryn McAllister is a fierce advocate for health care rights and believes that healthcare is a right not a luxury. In 2016 Dr. McAllister founded HQHT Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to making a difference in the lives of the most in need, where she incorporates her passion for art into increasing access.
