She has been practicing Physical Therapist since 2009 after receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. Hollie completed her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Denver, her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Minor in Psychology from University of Nebraska at Omaha. Hollie has been highly dedicated to the specialties of oncology, chronic pain management, and pelvic floor rehabilitation. Dr. Skavdahl received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Ariel is a Nebraska native, and started her career with a Bachelor or Science in Athletic training. She has an extensive background of treating orthopedic training and is especially passionate and skilled at helping people with pelvic pain. Her interest and passion for helping people with pelvic floor problems intensified after she began her own pelvic journey with her first pregnancy and delivery. Dr. Skavdahl has now finished additional training to become a pregnancy and postpartum correct exercise specialist. She is passionate about reducing pain and improving function while supporting their journey both physically and mentally.

Grace graduated with her DPT from Regis University and has been working in outpatient orthopedics for the past two years. She was initially drawn to outpatient orthopedics because she enjoyed treating conditions such as low back pain, hip pain, and chronic pain. There she became certified in dry needling, where she was able to help individuals control their pain to maximize function.
While working in outpatient orthopedics, she gained mentorship in pelvic floor physical therapy where she learned how to treat individuals with urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, and pelvic organ prolapse. She developed a passion for implementing pain neuroscience education into treatment to help her patients understand their pain and conquer their functional goals. Grace strives to combine patient’s personal experiences, best available evidence, and clinical expertise to help her patients. She is excited to continue her clinical growth at N2.
Dr. Deena Lipson is originally from the northern suburbs of Chicago, IL. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where she majored in Kinesiology and minored in Psychology. She then received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL.
Deena is passionate about spreading awareness and education regarding pelvic health. In her pelvic health rotation, she especially enjoyed working with patients experiencing urinary incontinence and working with women during and after pregnancy. Deena believes in treating each patient with a holistic approach. She enjoys treating the whole body and considering how low back, hip, SI joint, or tailbone pain can be contributing to pelvic floor dysfunction. She hopes to foster an environment where patients feel welcome, safe, and heard.
Addison received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health Studies from Ithaca College.
Addison has had prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, pelvic health, and pediatrics through her clinical rotations. During her pelvic health clinical rotation she gained interest in the speciality and has enjoyed combining her knowledge to treat her patients with a full body approach.
Addison grew up in the mountains of Colorado and was a competitive gymnast. She is very passionate about staying active and strives to get her patients back to doing what they love!
Outside of work Addison likes to ski, workout, run, play pickleball, paddle board, and read.

Blair is a native of Northern Virginia and recently moved to Colorado with her family from New Jersey. She graduated from Christopher Newport University in 2012 with a degree in biology and minor in dance. Following undergrad she taught Pilates-based exercise as a technician in an outpatient physical therapy clinic, which led her to pursue a 500-hour professional Pilates certification through Peak Pilates prior to attending graduate school. Blair completed her doctorate degree in physical therapy in 2017 from Thomas Jefferson University.
As a physical therapist and Pilates instructor she is a strong believer in global postural re-education training and holistic exercise that encompasses the mind-body connection for optimal outcomes. My name is Dr. Monica Vandervoort PT, DPT.
