Dylan Clark is a passionate physical therapist practicing at Advantage Physical Therapy in Falls Church, Virginia. He likes to incorporate a fitness forward physical therapy mindset to address all forms of orthopedic concerns. He enjoys working with all parts of the body and particularly loves treating back ailments, hip, knee, and ankle pathologies, balance difficulties, and loves working with the older adult population.
Dylan earned his undergraduate degree in biological sciences at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County where he was highly involved with pre-health clubs including acting as the Pre-Physical Therapy Society president his senior year. In addition to studying biology, he earned a minor in psychology which he has found to be highly valuable during his practice as a PT. Following graduation, Dylan worked for two years at the University of Maryland Medical Center as a pediatric rehab aide. He then attended Marymount University and earned his doctorate in physical therapy. Since graduating, Dylan has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of patient populations in the outpatient setting. Seeing his patients achieve their goals drives Dylan to continually seek new physical therapy interventions to best treat his patients.
Outside of the clinic, Dylan is an adventurous home cook. He continues to push his boundaries in the kitchen and particularly enjoys baking sourdough bread and any dish that allows him to utilize his 100+ year old cast iron pan that was handed down to him from his great-grandmother. Outside of the kitchen Dylan can be found out on the trails pushing his mileage on the bike.

Rachel graduated from the University of California, Davis where she majored in Human Development and played Division 1 Lacrosse. Rachel attended Marymount University and graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Her passion for physical therapy stemmed from several sports injuries, followed by surgeries and extensive rehab. She enjoys working with people to help ease pain, improve their quality of life, and promote healthy, active lifestyles.
She enjoys being active and being outside, especially hiking and playing with the dogs. Rachel loves trying new sports and activities and also likes game nights with friends. She loves any form of competition!
Kaelie is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation for individuals with vaginas and in the treatment of autonomic dysfunction, including POTS, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and related conditions. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University and her undergraduate degree in Health Science from James Madison University. Eugene Trembisky is a physical therapist who has been a dedicated member of the GWOG team for 21 years.
Eugene received his Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2001. Prior to his career as a PT, Eugene practiced for seven years as a Registered Nurse at Suburban Hospital.
