Dr. Shiao-Lan Li, DPT, is a doctor of physical therapy at Minimally Invasive Medical Group, which has offices in Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, and Irvine, California. Physical Therapist Erica Fleischauer received both her Bachelor of Science Biology and Master of Science Exercise Physiology at Florida State University. She received her Master of Physical Therapy at University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She regularly participates in continuing education classes to stay up-to-date on new techniques and other tools that can help her treat patients to the best of her ability.
She has been working in her field for over 20 years. The majority of her experience has been in an outpatient Orthopedic setting, ranging from teens to adults, athletes, post surgical patients, motor vehicle accident patients, sports injuries, and rehabilitation.
She enjoys helping people heal and getting them back to doing the activities they love, as well as educating her patients on their condition, treatment, and rehabilitation.
Erica is an active person, with a past history of triathlons and marathons. She also enjoys pilates and yoga, and is very active with her 4 children, taking them biking, rollerblading, and skateboarding.
