Stan has eight years of experience, spending his last three years with Reddy Care. I began in Reddy Care’s home therapy program, where I was for two years, and now I am working in the clinic. I support all of the therapists at the Great Neck location, along with the techs and the front desk. I ensure that patient care is optimal and that every patient has a pleasant experience and that they reach their treatment goals.

Prabal Singh, PT, DPT received his Bachelors Degree in physical therapy while in India.  He then continued his education and received a Masters of Neuroscience from Columbia University and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook. He has been practicing physical therapy since 2010 and has been working at Reddy Care since 2013.  He loves to treat neurological patients and enjoys watching cricket and soccer games during his free time.

Dr. Eric Bayer, PT, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008. His Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science was earned at the University of Delaware in 2005. After graduating Physical Therapy school, he moved back home to Long Island, where started his career working in outpatient private practice. He has now been working for Reddy Care Physical Therapy for the past 8 years and has strived to advance his clinical and managerial skills. As the director of the Farmingdale office, he supports a team of 5 people. Dr. Stephanie Idjadi, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the New York Institute of Technology. She has done research in Parkinson's and was published in the International Journal of Health Sciences. Stephanie began her career at Reddy Care Physical Therapy 12 years ago as a physical therapy aide while also working on marketing, recruiting, human resources, and many other administrative activities. After graduating in 2015 Stephanie started her career with us as a physical therapist. As the clinical director of our Great Neck clinic, she supports a team of therapists. Dr. Maitreyi Shukla, PT, DPT, MS, Board-Certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist has over 10 years of experience. She finished her undergraduate studies in India and since has unending dedication towards patient care while working in various clinical settings with a focus on evidence-based care. She came to the USA to pursue her Masters in Rehabilitation Sciences from the prestigious University of Pittsburgh with a concentration in orthopedic rehabilitation. Since her graduation, she has worked in an outpatient setting with an emphasis on hands-on care while helping complex patients suffering from a myriad of problems achieve their goals. She simultaneously has pursued her passion for learning by achieving her DPT as well as on keeping her education current while pursuing various programs including taping, PNF, and manual therapy. She most recently was named as a board-certified clinical specialist in geriatrics by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialities (ABPTS) of American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
