Dr. Haley Derr PT, DPT, CSCS completed her sports phsyical therapy residency at University of Washington, where she worked with men's ice hockey, men's and women's soccer, and other Olympic sports. She recieved her doctorate of physical therapy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has a passion for working with athletes , curating individualized programs through an evidence-based approach that address the unique demands of each sport.
Dr. Phillip Higgins is a board-certified clinical specialist in sports rehabilitation (SCS) and holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York University. After starting his career at a private sports rehabilitation clinic in New York City, Phillip joined the University of Washington Sports Medicine Center at Husky Stadium in 2014. There, he worked extensively with the UW community, as well as high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, including Olympic hopefuls and professional players from the NHL, MLB, NBA, NFL, and NWSL. As a certified Titleist Performance Institute Level 3 Medical Professional, Phillip specializes in diagnosing and rehabilitating golfers of all abilities by understanding the biomechanics of the golf swing. In addition to his work at Bespoke Physical Therapy, he serves as an assistant coach and leads athletic performance and rehab for the University of Washington Men's Club Ice Hockey team. Outside of the clinic, Phillip enjoys playing golf and hockey
Dr. Michaela Abueg earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Washington and her Bachelors in Exercise Science from Seattle Pacific University. She treats a broad range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and is passionate about helping people move with confidence, strength, and purpose.
As an athlete herself, Michaela specializes in working with barbell and functional fitness athletes, particularly those training in Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and high-intensity conditioning. She combines clinical expertise with personal training experience to help athletes of all types and everyday movers of any age to refine technique, boost performance, and stay resilient in both sport and life.
Outside the clinic, Michaela enjoys CrossFit and Olympic lifting, board games, funny dog videos, and getting lost in a good high-fantasy novel.
Dr. Ellie Postma earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science from Seattle University and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University. As a former collegiate cross country and track athlete, Ellie is passionate about working with runners and other active individuals. She has experience working with endurance specialties as well as general orthopedics. Ellie takes a holistic approach to care to help empower every individual reach their movement goals and beyond. Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking, playing pickleball, board games, and trying new food.
