She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Art Therapy from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art Therapy from Albertus Magnus College. Shelby believes that creative and therapeutic activities play a vital role in emotional well-being, helping individuals understand themselves, resolve challenges, and develop healthier ways of managing feelings and behaviors.
