Dr. Jonathan Liang is a Bachelors of Exercise Science graduate turned Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Cynthia Sampson, PT, DPT, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and an Adult Distance Running Coach. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Touro University, where she volunteered for the National Veterans Wheelchair Games. Throughout her career as a clinician, Cynthia has worked with individuals of all ages and athletic backgrounds. She is dedicated to helping her patients return to running pain-free by equipping them with the tools needed to maintain an active lifestyle for life. With 8 years of experience as an AFAA-certified group fitness instructor and a 3x marathon runner, Cynthia uses her expertise to create individualized treatment plans using the biopsychosocial approach, empowering her patients to achieve their goals. Outside of physical therapy, she is passionate about running, singing, and portrait drawing.
Dr. Jessica Lefkowitz graduated from University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and then continued to Columbia University to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Her interest in PT was sparked at a young age after a shoulder injury playing softball. Since then, Jessica has made it a life goal to continue to become the best version of herself by continually learning, giving back to the community, and excelling in a field of work in which she truly believes in.
When she is not in the clinic, Jessica enjoys running to Taylor Swift, weight lifting, reading, enjoying a beach day, and making her friends and family laugh. She has a passion for traveling around the world and trying different dishes associated with each culture. Currently, Jessica is working to complete running all 7 world marathon majors.
Daniel Giordano, PT, DPT, CSCS is a Doctor of Physical Therapy & Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is the co-founder / chief medical officer of Bespoke Treatments, specializing in performance medicine. He is currently on the Advisory Board for Men’s Health Magazine and an advisor for numerous other sports medicine brands, such as Mueller Sports Medicine. During his career, Daniel has had the opportunity to work on the medical team for numerous events such as: USA Track & Field Olympic Trials, IAAF Track and Field World Championships, USA Track & Field National Championships, Nike EYBL Peach Jam, SLAM Summer Classic and Quicksilver Pro Surfing Championships. His focus is to advance patients in rehab with a smooth transition back to sport while educating to prevent future injuries and to live better, longer.
In his 10+ years of career as a physical therapist, Dr. Pandya has successfully treated hundreds of patients and athletes ranging from minor league baseball players, golfers, professional dancers, runners, gymnasts, weightlifters and professionals from all walks of life, including doctors.
Dr. Pandya. has the credit of bringing high improvement results in cases of some patients who had previously taken treatment at other clinics and had failed improvement history, often mistakenly labeled as "failed cases".

Billy Reilly, MS, PT, graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, earning his undergraduate degree in rehabilitation science followed by a master’s degree in physical therapy. He later served as clinical director for two orthopedic and physical therapy clinics. Billy’s experience as a clinical director provided him with the expertise needed to assist patients with a wide range of health care needs at his Manhattan practice in New York City, Empire Physical Therapy & Athletic Rehabilitation, PC.
Billy has been practicing physical therapy in New York City since 2005. He believes that physical therapy provides a valuable way for patients of all ages to improve their health. At his practice, Billy emphasizes the importance of manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to relieve pain and promote wellness.
While Billy enjoys using his skills to assist patients struggling with illness or chronic pain, he knows that physical therapy can also be beneficial for young athletes and active adults. An athlete himself, Billy has many years of experience treating sports injuries. He also helps athletes learn how to protect their health by preventing future injuries.
When not practicing physical therapy, Billy enjoys spending time with his wife, their two sons, and their rescue pup, at their Manhattan home. A New York native, Paul LaRosa, MS, PT, founded Empire Physical Therapy & Athletic Rehabilitation, PC on the East Side of Manhattan in New York City in 2003.
Paul completed his undergraduate degree at Bucknell University before working for several years as a personal trainer. He went on to earn his master's degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.
After starting his practice, Paul earned an additional certification in manual therapy. At Empire PT, he emphasizes the importance of manual adjustments as part of a comprehensive physical therapy strategy.
Paul worked for several years at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan, focusing on neurology, post-op care, and orthopedic rehab. Later, he became the supervisor for Lenox Hill's outpatient physical therapy center.
During his time at Lenox Hill, Paul gained valuable experience and training in orthopedic physical therapy. He also honed his expertise in helping patients recover from surgery, traumatic injury, and cardiovascular conditions.
In recent years, Paul has also served as a teaching assistant at Columbia University and a consultant for the Body Works MD home rehab video series. A firm believer in the importance of sports medicine and physical therapy, Paul works to make these treatments accessible to as many people as possible.
When not working, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife, their two sons and their dog. He’s a lifelong athlete and gym buff with a particular love of tennis, skiing, and football. Paul is passionate about working with young athletes, and he currently coaches youth baseball and soccer.

She is the Director of Bespoke Women, specializing in Women’s health including pregnancy & postpartum rehab, and return to sports postpartum. Kristen has spent the last few years of her career expanding her knowledge in women’s health and pelvic floor rehab. Combining that with her powerlifting background and love for sports rehab she has been a unique asset for mom’s that want to continue exercise during pregnancy and return to their sports postpartum stronger than ever. Kristen has given numerous workshops of training during pregnancy, and return to exercise postpartum, as well as hosted Bespoke’s first Women’s Health panel on how to navigate pregnancy & postpartum. Her focus is to help people improve their overall health and performance in order to Live Better, Longer.
Dr. Monika Pathak, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University and is postdoctoral orthopedic residency trained. Monika has a wide array of expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation, which is also inclusive of pre- and post-operative rehabilitation and sports injuries. Currently licensed in New York, she strives to get active individuals to enhance their overall quality of life and reduce/manage pain through a combination of specific evidence-based exercises and manual therapy techniques. She is also passionate about injury prevention and helping patients eliminate fear of movement by taking a biopsychosocial approach.
By identifying the root cause (and contributing factors) to an injury, Monika executes an individualized treatment approach specific to her patients' needs. She is a weight lifting enthusiast who also enjoys running, hiking, art, exploring new eateries, and traveling in her free time.
