Eisha Joshi, PT, MS earned her graduate degree in Physiotherapy from SBB College of Physiotherapy in India, followed by a Masters in Cognitive and Movement Rehabilitation Science from The University of Texas at Austin, and later completed a Masters in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology at Dallas Baptist University. She has experience working with patients across all age groups, addressing musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions. Eisha’s treatment philosophy emphasizes holistic, patient-centered care. She focuses on understanding each individual’s unique needs and building strong connections to help them achieve their highest potential in recovery and overall well-being. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll probably find her dancing her heart out to Bollywood music, relaxing at the beach, or recharging at the gym. A true people person, Eisha loves connecting with others and spending time with her friends and family.
Dr. Victoria Bandy holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Midwestern University. Prior to Midwestern, she received her Bachelors in Exercise Physiology from Oregon State University. She holds a Level 1 Fitness Athlete certification and is experienced with functional movement screenings for tactical athletes including firefighters and police officers. Victoria has clinical experience with vestibular patients including BPPV and PPPD, pre and post-operative care, orthopedics and treating neurological conditions.
Outside of the clinic, Victoria enjoys hiking with her dog, Stella, attending sports events, traveling, and going to concerts.
Dr. Dani Gross earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas State University after completing her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a specialization in Disability Movement Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. She has clinical experience in sports medicine, pediatrics, neurological rehabilitation, and orthopedics, giving her a versatile skill set to support a wide range of patients.
Growing up in both coastal San Diego and Vancouver, Canada, Dani developed a love for the outdoors and enjoys exploring nature through hiking, biking, and skiing. She believes movement is often the best medicine and is passionate about helping people get back to doing what they love, whether that’s sports, hobbies, or everyday activities. Dani takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to care, focusing on restoring function, managing pain, and improving quality of life. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys yoga, Pilates, and discovering Seattle’s vibrant food scene.
Dr. Taylor Hart, PT, DPT is board-certified physical therapist who earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Arizona School of Health Science at A.T. Still University. Her diverse clinical experience, ranging from sports medicine to pelvic floor therapy and neurological conditions, allows Taylor to effectively treat a wide variety of individuals. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys traveling, weightlifting, cooking, going to concerts, and running.
Dr. Phillip Higgins is a board-certified clinical specialist in sports rehabilitation (SCS) and holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York University. After starting his career at a private sports rehabilitation clinic in New York City, Phillip joined the University of Washington Sports Medicine Center at Husky Stadium in 2014. There, he worked extensively with the UW community, as well as high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, including Olympic hopefuls and professional players from the NHL, MLB, NBA, NFL, and NWSL. As a certified Titleist Performance Institute Level 3 Medical Professional, Phillip specializes in diagnosing and rehabilitating golfers of all abilities by understanding the biomechanics of the golf swing. In addition to his work at Bespoke Physical Therapy, he serves as an assistant coach and leads athletic performance and rehab for the University of Washington Men's Club Ice Hockey team. Dr. Rosa Franklin PT, DPT, SCS, CSCS is a graduate of NYU’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program who focuses her energy on implementing thoughtful, practical, and innovative strategies that serve as a model to treat patients as the unique individuals they are.
Rosa utilizes a multidisciplinary approach that is grounded in the science of movement, strength training, and manual therapy techniques to effectively work with the person in front of her.
She comes from a diverse background that has allowed her to use her strength and conditioning certification with young and aging athletes. Rosa thrives with in-person sessions but also excels online which has afforded her the opportunity to help people reach their goals along both coasts of the USA and internationally in France and England.
Outside of the clinic you can find Rosa weightlifting, playing basketball, shopping, and spending time with her loved ones.

Dr. Timothy Gray, PT, DPT earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Washington. Tim worked as a chemical engineer in the automotive and aerospace industries for ten years before finding his true calling in physical therapy. He has experience treating a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions and specializes in geriatric care, including balance and fall prevention. Tim’s mission is to promote healthy aging throughout the lifespan. He utilizes a movement-based approach to reduce pain, improve function, and help individuals return to whatever it is they are passionate about. Outside of physical therapy, he enjoys road cycling, weightlifting, running, cooking, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
Hans pursued undergraduate education at the University of Virginia and earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Northwestern University. Hans is an avid runner and soccer player, using this experience in his current pursuit towards Sports Certified Specialization in therapy. Hans has his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialization and enjoys helping athletes of all ages and skill levels return to sport.
