Dr. Morrell’s career as a physical therapist began soon after he earned his physical therapist assistant degree from Northern Virginia Community College in Annandale, Virginia. Advancing his education further, he completed his doctoral degree in physical therapy from Neumann University, Aston, Pennsylvania. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Shenandoah University, Winchester, Virginia.

Dr. Morrell is passionate about putting the smile back on his patients’ faces by relieving pain and restoring their mobility. He stays up-to-date on the newest therapies and offers Trigger Point Dry Needling to help his patients get relief from muscular tension and spasms.

Kayla Green, PT, DPT, ATC/L, OCS, CSCS of Results Physical Therapy in Gainesville, Virginia, attended Shenandoah University where she graduated with her Bachelor degree in exercise science in 2014 and was also a member of the tennis team. She then completed the dual degree program at Shenandoah where she received a Master of Science degree in athletic training and her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Kayla is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, National Athletic Training Association, and the American College of Sports Medicine. She is certified in the Functional Movement Screen and has continued to take education courses in kinesiotaping. Kayla especially enjoys working with athletes and helping them return to their sport.
