Adam spent his career in outpatient orthopedics with a focus on manual therapy and movement impairments. Dr. Allison Haynes earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland in 2007. While at Maryland she worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, which gave her an early interest in health and wellness. This passion led to a career in physical therapy. Allison received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Saint Augustine in 2011. Allison is a certified manual therapist, and is also certified in trigger point dry needling through the American Dry Needling Institute.
