Dr. Mitts has been certified by the American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery since 1986 and is a member of the elite American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the California Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Kern County Medical Society, the American Society of Bariatric Surgery, and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Dr. James Rosing is board certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery as well as the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Rosing is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) as well as the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS). Dr. Rosing participates in Maintenance of Certification (MOC) in plastic surgery. His practice consists of aesthetic surgery of the face, breast, and body as well as Mohs reconstruction. His education and surgical training background is extensive.
Dr. Rosing graduated from the Keck School of Medicine of USC where he was recognized as a Graduate with Highest Distinction. His training included complete general surgery residency at Stanford University Hospital, followed by plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at University of California, Davis.
Dr. Rosing has published surgical textbook chapters as well as several peer reviewed scientific articles.
He is married and has 4 children.

Dr. Lloyd Champagne’s roots are in Louisiana, where he completed both his undergraduate degree and medical school at Louisiana State University. He completed his residency in general surgery at Charity Hospital in downtown New Orleans.
After a year of teaching general and trauma surgery at LSU, he moved to Pittsburgh to complete a plastic surgery fellowship, along with a hand and microsurgery fellowship. He is board certified in plastic surgery with a certificate of added qualification in hand surgery. Dr. Champagne has been a Phoenician since 1999, with a strong focus on plastic and hand reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Zoldos is board certified in Plastic Surgery, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and also has a Certificate of Added Qualification in Hand Surgery and Reconstructive Microsurgery. Born in Canada, Dr. Zoldos attended the University of Waterloo with an undergraduate focus in mechanical engineering. He completed dental school at the University of Toronto, and stayed in Canada for an additional year to complete an internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Zoldos then matriculated to Louisiana State University where he completed medical school, a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and two years of General Surgery training.
He then proceeded to the University of Pittsburgh to complete a fellowship in Plastic Surgery, followed by an additional fellowship in Hand and Microvascular Surgery. Dr. Zoldos then worked at the University of Kentucky as an assistant professor for two years before coming to Phoenix. Dr. Zoldos has been an integral member of the Arizona Center for Hand to Shoulder Surgery since its inception in 2000, and is currently a managing partner.
He has numerous publications in peer reviewed journals and book chapters, and has presented various topics on numerous occasions at both the local and the national level. He has been voted as a Top Doctor by his peers in the Phoenix area on numerous occasions.
