Heather began her work in Mental Health working in a Child/Adolescent In-Patient Psychiatric Unit which specialized in Family Therapy. She interned with a Private Practice and was hired upon graduation. She treated individuals, couples, family and ran several groups. Upon moving to Maryland, she began work in several Middle and High Schools, seeing students referred by the Student Assistance Team at each school. With over 25 years in mental and behavioral health, she has worked with youth, adults, and families, including at-risk youth, using team-based, wraparound approaches, and supporting those involved in child welfare. Her eclectic, strengths-based, person-centered approach helps clients explore their stories and how they connect to emotions, behaviors, and relationships. Anna tailors goals and interventions to each individual, fostering self-awareness, perspective shifts, and positive life changes in a supportive environment.
Beth is a Licensed Master Social Worker who earned her degree from the University Of
Tennessee- Knoxville. She is passionate about helping individuals manage feelings of anxiety,
depression, and grief. She uses strengths-based, collaborative, and solution-focused approaches to create a therapeutic space that empowers each client. Beth is a Certified Veterinary Social Worker and also specializes in support after pet loss or separation. In her free time she enjoys baking, reading, and spending time outdoors with her family.
Daniel received his social work license with a concentration in behavioral health from the University of Maryland School of Social Work. Daniel has experience working with adolescents and adults of all ages seeking support for challenges such as ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship problems. In addition to his clinical experience, Daniel provided workshops on various topics, including happiness, productivity, relationship skills, and trauma.
His primary approach is CBT and other techniques, such as motivational interviewing, psychodynamic, systems, and existential modalities. Daniel allows the nature of his clients’ personalities and challenges to dictate which particular modality best suits them. He believes that optimal results from therapy originate from the very nature of the client-therapist relationship itself.

Jessica is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Board-Certified Supervisor for the State of Maryland. Jessica’s current areas of clinical focus are with adolescents (16 and older), adults, and couples by helping them through life’s challenges. She specializes in treating individuals who come to counseling for Anxiety and Depressive Disorders, bipolar disorders, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse issues, and other emotional and trauma-related disorders.
