Dr. Marks is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist residing in Orlando, Florida. Dr. Marks graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She attended Nova Southeastern University for postgraduate studies, where she earned a doctorate in Psychology.
As a licensed psychologist, Dr. Marks is dedicated to helping you become the best version of yourself. She offers therapy for a variety of personal needs, including anxiety, depression, complicated grief, and life changes. Her goal is to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental environment to achieve your goals and work through any challenges that may arise.
In addition to providing therapy, she also specializes in neuropsychological and psychological testing. This includes a wide variety of psychological and forensic evaluations to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your unique circumstances.
Dr. Louis Appiah-Kubi is a Clinical Psychologist with training to diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions as well as to conduct psychological testing. He received his doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Wright State University’s School of Professional Psychology in Dayton, Ohio. He completed his internship at The Ohio State University’s Counseling and Consultation Service and his postdoctoral training here at Providers for Healthy Living.
Dr. Appiah-Kubi has experience working with individuals of varying diversity variables in several settings. He has worked with children teaching them empathy, impulse control, and anger management, as well as with their parents, focusing on development, communication, and positive discipline techniques.
He has experience working with adolescents in a residential treatment facility for adjudicated youth, and with young adults in a college counseling center.
Rosalyn has acquired over seven years of experience providing individual therapy to children and adults with focuses on depression, anxiety, anger management, stress, low self-esteem, and more. Rosalyn utilizes evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Psychoeducation. Rosalyn believes that individuals can discover that their progress and goals for their mental health are achievable by applying the methods and techniques used in therapy sessions. Rosalyn studied at the University of Central Florida where she obtained a Master’s Degree in social work and a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology with a minor in sociology. Prior to therapy, Rosalyn worked as a Mental Health Targeted Case Manager where she helped individuals with mental illness gain access to needed services such as medical, social, educational, vocational, financial, and other necessary services as they related to their mental health needs. She also worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor where she provided counseling and case management to individuals with disabilities in order that they could attain employment. In her free time, Rosalyn enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
